Not only are this company kind to animals they are also kind to customers too! I had an issue with my trainers and they responded to my email the very same day and agreed to send me a new pair. I was super impressed with their quick response and no quibbling. The trainers are great too.

LØCI trainers are made with purpose, by people with a desire to make an awesome shoe, make a positive impact on the planet and make you feel good. Being a B Corp isn’t easy to achieve or keep and these guys have done just that. Every contact you have with them, is human and feels genuine. If you love amazing trainers and want to wear something sustainable, this is the company for you. Thanks guys!

Outstanding customer service by Alex, made it a really nice experience dealing with an issue. I got a replacement pair after one year and very little use, but what stands out is the “after one year”, as many other well known brands would have most likely told me to “take a hike”, fabulous LOCI.
I am delighted with my LOCI sneakers, with the customer service you provided and LOCI standing by their product.
In the future, I will be looking forward to own more of your sneakers, they are not only stylish, but also very comfortable.

One of the best customer experiences I ever had. I ordered a limited edition shoe and sadly they were too big and not available in my size anymore. They offered me immediately an exchange and this went without any issues. Steve and Alex have been amazing and really made my day with their kindness and very helpful attitude.

I ordered a 6 UK which ended up being too small for me, I then ordered another pair that didn’t fit either, I reached out to the LOCI customer services team for help as I was feeling frustrated with the sizing. They have just opened a pop up store in London and suggested I go down to the store to try on pairs and find the right fit, I had a great experience in store and walked out with a pair of LOCI Atoms that I love, they really went the extra mile to help me find a pair that fitted and I would recommend them!

Incredible shoes - look great and eco-friendly. They’ve also got a fantastic customer service team who sorted out a mistake I’d made very quickly. Will be returning many times.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Love their products, designs, comfort and overall ethos. I've bought 5 different pairs of sneakers from Loci over the last couple of years and they are great - the best I've ever owned. They look great and feel great to wear, are really comfortable, and I do get a lot of admiring comments from friends and colleagues at work. I only had one small issue with one of the pairs I ordered and their customer service team were amazing - super responsive, very customer focused and solutions oriented. They offered a couple of solutions to my issue, both of which were more than acceptable, and the issue was resolved very quickly. I'll be buying more form Loci in the future that's a given. Amazing products and customer focus. Love it.

Shoes are incredibly high quality, designs are amazing and the customer service is amazing.

You can walk down the street in a pair of sneakers, knowing that they are so much more stylish and unique than most high street brands, while also being fully environmentally conscious.

When I had an issue with my pair, and a defect appeared, 3 months on from purchase, I emailed, sent a photo and they replaced them immediately without question. They also checked back in a few days later to make sure they had arrived.

Very strong brand, stylish, and good for the planet. I won't be purchasing anywhere else now.

My boyfriend and I were so crazy about ordering Nicki’s shoes for the raffle and his excited self ordered 2 by accident. I needed to return one in hopes of exchanging for another but unfortunately the 30 days were exceeded. Thank God I came across Nicola as her customer service was ASTONISHING. She made it possible for me to be able to purchase another pair of shoes and give back a store credit gift card. I am grateful for them and they deserve a raise! WOW. WOW.

First let me say that I live In Portland, Oregon which is home to headquarters for Nike, Adidas (N. America), Keen, Doc Marten, and maybe more, so when I say that these sneakers stand out...It's no joke. And that's just regarding the style. The sustainability aspect of LOCI makes it even more awesome. However, it was their customer service that made me buy a second pair just one month after buying my first. There was a small issue with the first shoes so I emailed them, received a response within just a few hours and they are sending me a replacement pair ASAP! So easy, so quick, and I value that A TON. I immediately went back on the website to also purchase a second pair that I'd been eyeing. Two thumbs up!!!

First of all, this brand is second to none. The style, quality, sustainability, I can't fault any of it! So in my most recent order I placed, one pair needed exchanging (I had just changed my mind on the colour!) And the customer service I received was nothing short of excellent. No long wait for a response and super helpful and friendly to boot!
My only problem now is, which pair to buy next!! I love LOCI ❤️

Bought a pair of men’s trainers from Loci after reading about their shoes. Not cheap true but SO comfortable and stylish. The most comfortable pair of trainers I’ve ever owned. Great to travel in. Fit is excellent and quality is first rate. Can’t recommend them enough.

The shoes are not only great looking but they are soooo comfortable!!!I had a minor issue with the quality and the customer team was amazing and solved it within a day. I cannot recommend this brand more!

I'm going to be honest I didn't know about Loci until Nicki Minaj started working with them I obviously went to get my Nicki sneakers then I just fell in love with all their collections. Also their customer service is top notch!

Omg, where to start?! I’m a Nicki fan and had to cop some of the Loci x Nicki sneakers and I had purchased a pair in women by accident instead of men. I was really upset and adamant about returning them and getting the men’s instead but they were sold out at the time of me purchasing hence buying women by accident. (Don’t ask I really don’t know how) They took care of me in the most amazing way. They shipped my shoes in men when it was sold out, next day they had all the sizes. I love the customer service so much 100/10
