Loci and Nicki were so generous i received a 100$ gift certificate in my email to use for my LociXNickiMinaj I was so happy and grateful I bought my first pair The PinkPrint and was not disappointed at all, shipping to Canada was fast and free, the shoes are soo comfortable they look amazing and feel extremely durable and soft they look and feel expensive. If I could give more than 5 stars i would. The service was excellent, looking forward to buying all the pairs in Nicki’s collection and even Loci as well. Congratulations to the Queen and the Loci team. 11/10

The best customer service I can remember experiencing...ever!
I ordered the Origin low tops in the recycled Ocean plastic and I noticed after only 5 weeks that the upper had started to come away from the sole. I emailed them a couple of photos on Sunday and expected to hear back some time during the week. Nope. Within a couple of hours the wonderful Alex responded to my email and not only apologised but offered me an exchange without any quibbling. I then asked if I could actually exchange them for a different style, which cost £10 more and if I could, I was willing to obviously pay the difference. Alex asked me to confirm the style so they could check they were in stock in my size and said they would email me back. However, I received a notification from the SHOP app telling me my order had been processed. A short while later an email from Alex confirmed they were in stock, they had issued a replacement, and again apologised! Not only have they sent a replacement pair but also no quibbling about the price difference! WOW! This level of customer service is RARE. Not only that but the actual trainers are perfect. They were comfortable right out of the box, so much so, that I wore them for a whole day in London (25k+ steps) and not once did they hurt me. Also they look so good. LOCI thanks to your customer service, your product, and the wonderful Alex, you now have a customer for life. Thank you.

The customer service is phenomenal, my order was cancelled due to stock running out, but they were able to secure my order at a later date after supplying me with a gift card for compensation. The customer service team are very empathetic and offered clear solutions to any problems you may have. And to top it off the shoes are very comfy. Would recommend

Absolutely love Loci's! I've got 5 pairs! They are so comfortable and durable. And to top it off, they are are good for the environment! Their customer service is spot on, I bought the wrong size and Alex guided me through the steps and I got the correct size in no time. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Loci is an amazing brand with great customer support! I purchased 2 pair of shoes. I had an address issue with my first order. After reaching out to support they sent me a replacement and kept in contact with me during the process until I received my order. They really made me feel like a valued customer. From the great quality of the products to the customer service, Loci definitely deserves 5 stars!!

I am so thankful that the Customer Service representative Steve reached out to me in a very timely manner about a concern with my order. I feel like I got a response back from him the same exact day. He was very polite & professionally. He promised me if we didn’t get update on my missing parcel he would have a replacement sent out the next day. STEVE DID JUST THAT!!! Wow!! Customer services was on point. She was very attentive and made sure my son got his order. I was really impressed and would purchase more products just because of the sincere service. Please keep great people like her on staff.

I have four pairs of Loci shoes that I ware on different occasions: to the office, walking in town and even on dressed occasions.
They are super comfortable, extremely attractive and above all ecologically friendly. What more to ask but a a fifth pair.

Loci and Nicki let me just say I love the collab. So far I have ordered 3 pair of the sneakers and I would love to have all 11 from the collection so dope and comfy. I ordered a pair of the Nicki x Loci shoes and they were not able to fulfill my order as planned and was told how it would be handled. I had further questions so I emailed them and was connected with a customer support agent named Nicola. Let me tell ya…she was the best representative I have encountered! Super personable, knew exactly how to handle the situation, she answered within an hour or two (which is unheard of nowadays) answered all of my questions to a T and even gave me a couple options on how to resolve my issue so I can choose the best route for me. Then to top it off she noticed something was done in error, corrected it IMMEDIATELY and further gave me an additional coupon for the mistake; I wasn’t even expecting it, she simply takes care of her people!! If you get Nicola just know you are in good hands. Your company is extremely lucky to have someone like them on your team. The company itself has been phenomenal to buy from and to contact. She deserves a raise at minimum!

A very impressive customer experience. Website is easy to navigate, delivery quick with free worldwide shipping, lovely packaging, quality shoes which are very comfortable.

I made an order on the 20th June 2024 and it said it would take a maximum of 6 days to arrive it’s been 8 days now and I have not received a tracking update on my order nor have the customer service been any help. They have taken money from my account and have not fulfilled my order. I will never be buying from these fake people again. WHERE ARE MY SHOES!!!!

Pre- Ordered a pair of Apex and they were delivered a few days ahead of time. Great quality & had a slight issue which was resolved with EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Nicola at Loci. As far as the trainers go, they are extremely comfortable and of the bio leather offerings on the market, Loci stands head & shoulders above their competitors

Nicki Minaj X Loci shoes are amazing and comfy. The only thing I would recommend is having tracking number and dates asap for the consumer but other than that Loci was very helpful!

I had a small error with a Code that wasn't working during the check out process. Not only did they fix the issue, help with an immediate refund for the Code Matching for my check out price, LOCI was extremely kind and quick to handle the matter. I am looking forward to my order with such a great team handling this amazing product. Definitely will be shopping for more items in the future. 🩵🫶🏾
