I recently had to sort out an order for my Grandson who made a mistake when entering details for Nicki Minaj Collaboration trainers. The team at Loci were fantastic from start to finish. This company went above and beyond anything I expected or have experienced before from any customer Support. I only have praise and respect for what they did for my grandson. Thank you so much Loci

Shoes arrived, they look great but the sizing is completely out.

I wear size 10 everywhere else but these are far too narrow, can't even get them on. Will be returning and trying to replace with what LOCI think are size 12, but that's a gamble as I don't know if they will fit either.

Bit disappointing, as I only got these ones because the ones I actually wanted didn't come in size 10! Maybe I will be able to get these after all

EDIT: Got a refund instead - tried to exchange for something else but their exchange portal doesn't have any kind of filter functionality so I had to scroll through endless women's sneakers to try to find a men's pair that I liked, and in the end I just gave up.

I love the idea behind the LOCI brand but the shopping experience was just poor

Big Thanks to Steve for the wonderful customer service he gave :) he kept me up to date with my order even after it had been delivered. The trainers unfortunately were to big and I was unable to exchange for the smaller size as they were a new product and all sold out :(((
The return process was really simple and the money refunded amazingly fast!

AMAZING customer service, reimbursed me for customs fees and sent a 20$ gift card for my troubles. Kept in touch with me through out everything until my shoes arrived. I got the Nicki neo shoes and can’t wait to get myself a pair of the Fusions ❤️ These shoes are SO comfy, beautiful and well made. Could easily be dressed up and down. I hope they keep the Nicki collection around for a long time, I know a lot of us will be replacing our shoes once they wear out if we are able :) Barb4Life

I just purchased Loci's for the first time because of the Nicki Minaj collaboration and they didn't disappoint! They kept in touch the whole time during the pre-order period and handled some bumps that I experienced with the shipping company. In all the instances where I reached out they responded swiftly and gave me a resolution. One of the best online shopping experiences that I had as far. The quality and craftsmanship on the shoes is extraordinary! They're super comfy and just looks so good!!! I'm definitely shopping with them again for any future drops that I take interest in. Again, especially to their customer representative NICOLA thank you for going above and beyond with the service!

The order of sneakers had some hiccups, but the customer service was very good. Immediate reply to emails, trying to solve the problem with patience and very friendly. Real kind and dedicated humans . And the vegan sneakers are superb.

I ordered via Løci's German website and paid with Klarna. Everything went well at first. The sneaker arrived but since it didn't fit, I returned it by sending it to the address provided on the returns portal. I had to pay for the return myself. That was almost a month ago. Since then, I have neither received my money back (150 euros) nor heard anything from customer service. I have contacted the customer service several times now by e-mail and have not once received a reply. Løci Germany is virtually unreachable. Apart from the customer service e-mail address given there, which nobody seems to check, there is no way to contact them. Desperate, I contacted the English customer service and was told that unfortunately they can't help me because the English Løci does not have access to the German one. However, they said they would forward my email. However, this also did not work, since I still have not received my refund. I will probably now contact Klarna in a final attempt to see if they can do anything. The bottom line is that the German part of this company is completely dubious and I can only advise anyone from Germany not to order here.

Edited to say that the company reached out after I posted this review and my issue could be solved! I got my refund and the communication with the head of customer operations was thoroughly helpful and respectful.

This company scammed me out of 400 buck. I've been told since April 12th my money was refunded only to call my credit card company today to find out they've been lying the whole time.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were stolen in transit and Loci did everything they could to make the situation right. Their service was excellent.

Amazing products, great eco design. But most importantly, some of the best, most responsive customer service I have ever received.

Very satisfied and I will be back to purchase more goods.

I ran into some complications when ordering from the new Nicki Minaj shoe collection. I emailed Loci customer support and Nicola was the most helpful person ever! They did their absolute best to help me get my hands on the new Nicki shoes! I’m super excited for the shoes to come in and I’m forever grateful to Nicola for all their help before the shoes sold out!

I got the Loci/Nicki blue and Burgundy fusion, very good for running or walking. It is exactly what I expected very light in weight and Comfy. When using vegan products, weight and comfort tells it all… I will be sporting my colors this summer.

Never wore more uncomfortable shoes! got blisters after an hour, the shoes kept pushing on my toe nail bone and could barely bend my feet after a day of wearing it. Had to change into heels at some point - felt like paradise.

Extremely professional. Nicki Minaj dropped her shoes and like me and all her fans we rushed to the website. There was a lot of confusion and Nicola was extremely friendly, empathetic and professional. I appreciate LØCI, what your products stand for and what you do!

Exceptional customer service. I recently had to contact LOCI regarding an issue with a pair of Origins I’ve had (and loved) for 18 months. Unfortunately the problem could not be repaired in this case although I was really pleased to hear LOCI do offer both a repair service and a recycling service, in line with their sustainability ambitions ♻️

Super impressed by how easy it was to get in touch with customer services (email), the level of communication and responsiveness, with all my emails being answered within 24h even over a bank holiday weekend. Very impressive. AND they resolved my issue by offering to cover the cost of a new pair of LOCIs which tells me this company intends for their products to last. Great work LOCI!

After looking for a pair of sustainable trainers and not wanting to purchase from the more high street based chains, I came across Loci and instantly like the stying, the colour options and most of all their vegan appeal. I have purchased 3 pairs now and love them.

I recently had contact with their customer support and found this area of the company, superb to deal with.

An all round enjoyable experience. Long live Loci ✌🏻
