I had a very good experience with Løci’ support service during my first ever purchase with them. After a long research about Løci production plant in Portugal, I decided to buy the first pair os Echo Bio leather sneakers last week (March, 2024). I always careful doing ecommerce, so my phone is always using VPN. After I finished the order and paid, I received an email to confirm my identity. So, I emailed to support Løci and Alex was amazing. He clarified the process and took care of my order perfectly until I received it at my home. The Echo Bio leather sneaker is amazing, i bought for my daughter the white one. What an amazing and refreshing company to deal with .... had a slight issue with my order which they dealt with and resolved in such a professional way .... nothing was too much trouble I can't rate them more highly and will definitely buy from them again

After suffering a washing mishap, I reached out to customer service with photos of my issue. Lois immediately shipped out a new pair. Needless to say, I was thrilled. I can now sport about town doing my best to not look like the average American dad in my new shiny shoes.

Great stylish ethical top quality trainers, arrived quickly and customer services really helpful and friendly and solved my minor issue within a day.

I absolutely love my LOCI sneakers. They are gorgeous and can both dress up or down but they always look sharp. What's amazing is they are flat but the support on the inside is AMAZING! Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. The company is like no other company I've dealt with. Above and beyond is an understatement. I'm a fan for life on all levels.

Although as yet have not purchased a pair of Loci shoes I did use their recycling scheme sending them an old pair of trainers for £25 voucher for a pair of Loci’s.

Had some issue getting the voucher but this was solved quickly by Alex who also followed up to ensure everything was sorted excellent customer service
Will definitely be purchasing some of theirs shoes in the very near future

I’ve had my shoes about a year and I wear them regularly, unfortunately the insoles wore down and the cork started to peel off. However, when I emailed customer services to ask if I could buy a new pair of insoles from them, they sent me out a new pair of insoles for free. Which even arrived the next day! Really happy to have the original insoles in my shoes again, as it really makes them much more comfortable! The shoes themselves are still going strong, and I really like the company’s ethos!

This collection combines comfort, style and colour - a real fashion-find! Ideal for smart City suits or casual creations. The company also provides a first class service from the point of ordering right-through to the home delivery. Bravo Løci 👊🏼

What an incredible company!! I ordered some shoes for my husband and then received a lovely email from Lois telling me that I was yesterday's winner of their 2023 'Give Back' campaign. Therefore, my Balance Sneakers were totally refunded and are on their way to me completely free of charge. I am gobsmacked - it is so refreshing to have this sort of experience. Thank you very much and I am quietly confident that the sneakers will be fantastic too!

Nice shoes but giving me quite bad blisters. Ordered usual size (8). Bit disappointing, wouldn’t recommend.

Didn't have the product I wanted, but customer service rep Lois let me know immediately, recommended alternatives or a refund. She was very responsive when I made a selection. Never ordered the shoes before, but if excellent customer service is representative of the culture and product I am sold on LOCI.

Not only do Loci make incredibly chic eco-conscious shoes, they also back up what they stand for with world-class customer service. I recently made a mistake while ordering and dropped their support team a note - the mistake was corrected in less than 24 hours, I was notified and the shipment is already on its way to me! I love companies who really value their customers!!

Insoles were worn and my laces broken. Received free replacements after a very quick and friendly response.

My Loci x Reed shoes still look practically new after a year of wearing them.
