Amazing customer service. It was apparent that the shoes had been removed from the delivery box somewhere between their warehouse and the Royal Mail. I used the 'contact us' option on their website and received a reply within 12 hours and confirmation that a replacement pair was on their way. Hugely impressive as I was half expecting a long drawn out exchange which is what you normally get with online retailers, so it was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Thank you !

I discovered LOCI 2 years ago and loved the concept and the trainers!
So I bought my first pair in a shop in Belgium and second one by internet a week ago. A top company, top trainers and an excellent customer service. I recommend!!!

I discovered LOCI a couple of years ago and loved the concept - vegan trainers, caring for the planet - so I bought a pair of black LOCI 9s. Last week LOCI emailed to advise they had launched a recycling scheme (excellent initiative) so it was time to say a loving goodbye to my trainers, which after 2 years (and 1,450 miles, according to my step tracker) were beginning to show a little wear. I reached out because I didn't receive my QR code to return the trainers (and hadn't downloaded it when given the opportunity), got a quick, professional and courteous response from them and the QR code so am officially retiring my first pair today.No other trainers have lasted me for 2 years. The space made by their absence will be filled immediately by another pair - I have some white and pink LOCI but can't really get away with wearing those for work! Durable, comfortable and smart trainers, made ethically, by a company with sustainability as their core value, and excellent customer service. Unreservedly recommend

I had an awful experience. The shoes were wide, and the material was not the best. I returned them, and 10 days later, I have neither received an email confirming the return nor received a refund. I haven't heard anything about the status of my return or received any communication acknowledging that they have received the shoes. Despite talking to several people in customer service who promised to escalate the matter, nothing has been done so far. This has been the worst customer service experience for me, as I have yet to hear back or receive my money back..

had an issue with a pair of Loci shoes but the issue was delt with efficiently and with the customers feelings in mind.
Also i only had contact with one person so they knew the whole story

I simply love this brand. More than a comfortable shoe - in a visually busy landscape - Loci is an elegant and very sexy shoe. I see myself owning several pairs.

Love this company. Trainers are well designed, well made and extremely comfortable.
Lots of different styles and more colour options than the high street.
Customer service is superb, very helpful as you get to communicate with a lovely human being straight away without any chat bots telling you stuff you already know.
Great ethics, business model.
Delighted with my purchases and I will definitely order from Loci again.

REPLY: My busy week has been dominated by having to communicate and deal with these issues, and now you want your customers to spend yet more time consulting on product quality fault issues. Sure, sign me up to your payroll and I’ll gladly help you sort your shortfalls out! To keep repeating that your shoes are made exactly the same is becoming a tad annoying and is utter rubbish - other customers have reported exactly the same issues with Origin and different colour variations. Fusion issues weren’t just about frayed stitching. Seriously, own your ‘mess’ and sort your ‘mess’ out!!! Have now decided that I won’t be shopping this brand again and as still waiting for refund (Paypal e-cheque apparently whatever that is) several weeks later I have dropped the rating further.

ORIGINAL: Initial pair bought very comfy (black Origin).. can wear without socks no problem. So far promising signs of longevity - 6 months of normal use and they look almost as new.

Last pair ordered (Fusion) were an awful and really weird fit - narrow which was great for me but a really high bridge leaving a big gap above the feet. The stitching around the laces was also frayed and not good quality - as their higher end design this is not great. So sent that pair back and exchanged for a different variation of Origin as I knew that one to be a good fit at least. Ordered same size just different colour. Immediately upon trying them on (with socks) they deeply cut up the back of my feet. Still chasing for a refund and not getting answers.

Customer service overall has been less than impressive. Such a shame as I really thought after the first purchase this was going to be a go-to brand. Website still glitchy too. At these higher end prices the quality of all - product, website and service needs drastic improvement!

Have loved Loci trainers the last couple of years but had an issue with my most recent pair. Admittedly the initial response from Loci wasn’t ideal. However when I reverted to them, a customer service representative called Lois went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Super responsive, empathetic and brilliantly handled. She turned me from being an angry customer to one now that is recommitted to the brand!

These trainers are really well made and worth every penny. Comfortable straight out of the box (no wearing in) and they look very stylish on. Customer service is friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back to buy for myself or for presents!

Like stepping into a pair of clouds. Such an amazingly comfortable and beautifully made pair of shoes. I bought the Classic Bio Leather which have made me happy for their ethical footprint :) excellent design and style. I was a little nervous buying them and waiting for them to come to Australia (which took less than a week) to see if they were right but my reservations about buying shoes not tried in situ were allayed. They fit perfectly true to size and the customer service was second to none. Thanks Løci.

I am on my second pair now - the footbed seems to be really effective in hot environments, I find my feet stay more thermally comfortable. I had issues with shipping into Europe but the Loci team persisted and got the product to me.

After I had a complaint because the package was broken and glued back together, and my white locis had thick black dirt spots, I got a reply within a few hours. As the pair was no longer available, Alex offered me several options; including another pair in the same colour, even 20 or 30 euros more expensive than my original pair.
I didn't need to send the dirty pair back, but should try to clean it.... All this in a few days, with the most friendly mail exchange. Exemplary service.
We don't need to talk about the shoes, they are wonderful anyway. Susanne

LOCI make the best skate shoes I've ever owned, no contest, just ordered the ATOMs, and I've not bought from another brand since '21.

Love my shoes!! My dog ate my laces and they sent me a replacement pair after I asked if I could buy some. Their follow up was excellent - checked in several times to make sure they got to me!

Third pair of these beautiful trainers. Something not quite right and as they’re not cheap I contacted Loci. They fixed the problem without further ado and, as a consequence, still have a very happy customer. Can’t recommend this company enough. Great products. Great ethics and great customer service…. What’s not to like??!!

Love my LOCI, I couldn’t wait to get my shoes, my first order went missing after being delivered, customer care (Specifically Alex) were extremely friendly and wanted to help out in finding the missing shoes, unfortunately it was never found ( I guess someone else likes LOCI shoes) , LOCI were extremely generous and sent me another pair for free. I have been looking forward to get my hands on them, now i finally have them, i must say they are up to my expectation. The fit is perfect, they look great, and very comfortable.
