Amazing service
Great range of products, very knowledgeable staff, and amazing customer service - I'm so grateful to Lock Fitter as, having had a conversation with them about what I needed (and how to fit it) they called me back to check that I'd ordered the right part... and it turned out I hadn't! hello,firstly ,the replacement warmcore handles are the perfect replacement,easy refit,delivery turned out to be same day as the company owner was in my area,and he was so helpfull and a pleasure to meet,my advice add oil to the inner handle area before fitting and i will carry this out yearly.the original handles only lasted for two years,thank you lockfitter,and keep plenty of these in stock,chris.

Said it was a direct replacement for my door but didn't fit, shaft was way too long for my door, however using the old one that the screw had sheered off it worked okay, so success in the end

Lost garage keys
Lost garage keys, called & arranged time for next day. Bradford. Excellent customer service, took less than 30 minutes & price was very reasonable for replacing my garage lock & 3 new keys. Matt @ Bradford branch was lovely.

Required a new look Brisant lock to match existing keys and another lock. For a bespoke order I was amazed to receive by next day delivery, something many other suppliers cannot do for an off the shelf item.
