You said next day delivery if ordered before 6 pm. My order was before 6. But the items were not even with the courier the next day. 3 days later I have still not received the order

Still awaiting order..
Paid for next day delivery, order didn't arrive. Phoned customer service who said it would be with me by the end of the day, three days later no order received and tracking number supplied by company isn't recognised by delivery courier.

Let down by ParcelForce
Good experience and communication from Lockhart with equipment ordered at 4.20pm despatched the same day for next day delivery. However badly let down by their courier choice Royal Mail (ParcelForce) who said they attempted a delivery next day but no card left and basically I think the driver too lazy to find the address/us in a large park setting.
As a follow up to the above I was subsequently contacted by Jo at Lockhart who took it upon herself to resolve the issue which she did by contacting ParcelForce directly and satisfactorily resolved the delivery issue. Many thanks Jo great service and help - much appreciated 11/10 ParcelForce 3/10!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTELY USELESS! ORDERED A JUG FROM THEM WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY, 3 DAYS LATER NO SIGN OF THE JUG. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES, SPOKE TO A MANAGER WHO GUARANTEED THAT I WOULD GET THE ITEM THE NEXY DAY, IT FINALLY CAME A WEEK LATER! NO USE TO ME NOW.
CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES AGAIN AND WAS ADVISED THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THE WAREHOUSE TEAM ARE DOING AND HAVE NO INSIGHT OF HOW THEY ARE PRIORITISING ORDERS, HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT, WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD, WILL NOT BE BUYING A THING FROM THEM AGAIN

Your web site looks like it was created in the 90s. Very difficult to find things. Stock availability is poor ( although this may be the problem of Pizza Hut as I’m sure you stock what they tell you to )
As a Pizza Hut customer it would be helpful to have a page of Pizza Hut approved items to order. When I search I get 20 options none of them are for me.
I’ve had some difficulties with your telesales too. Not getting call backs etc.

I used you when I worked for kfc - a much better experience.

New Era cutlery
We had New Era cutlery, which even though they are extremely cheap, they are very good cutlery.
We lose so many pieces of cutlery that we tend to use the cheapest, but the quality is good. The items are just plain steel, but apart from that, they are a good weight and strong, no bending of the forks or knives.
I have purchased previously and will continue to purchase from Lockharts. Delivery is prompt, what more can you ask for.
