Good product, good price, superfast delivery

We have purchased goods from Lockinex on a number of occasions and have found their prices, service and quality of goods supplied to be first class.

The online shop was clear and easy to use, being able to see the curent stock level was helpfull as I wanted to get everything fitted by the weekend. I saw one item was out of stock so simply switched to an alternate pole size. Having the option to pick up my order was good as I could save a little delivery expense and avoid needing to have somone stay home to receive a delivery also I could personaly check I had all the correct components while at the Lockniex warehouse. The price of components was good being significantly lower than the other suppliers that I found online.

Suggested addition to online shop.
Highlight the delivery or pick up option before going to the checkout payment page.
Sugestions for apropriate fixings would have saved me a trip the my local diy store.

Although I had not realised that it was online orders only, it was suggested by a helpful member of staff that I do the order from my car. I found the website very easy and clear. Within 10 minutes or so someone brought my purchases out to my car. All of the Kee Clamp fittings were installed the following day and fitted my application very well. Friendly, efficient and competitivly priced. I'd recommend Lokinex

I liked that their price was good, and that they deliver. I was prepared for the surface finish not being at a higher price-point. I disliked the website repeatedly refusing to allow me to order (I eventually phoned through), and I really disliked the damaged delivery condition. The post & panels were very well wrapped so I dread to think what impacts were applied by DPD to cause the severe damage to the post, and significant damage to two of the four panels.

Had a curtesy call from the company about the shipment, and when it should be delivered, items were well wrapped, and the delivery driver was very helpful and thoughtful to where he put them.

Very good communication ,most helpful all round , Good service and product.
