I am not familiar with the Lockinex but?
I am not familiar with the Lockinex products. I phoned to clear things up which led to a misunderstanding and ordering a wrong size elbow. Emails went unanswered.
I then looked on the website for info and as I was after elbows I went to pipe size. Got "Size 5" required but on the elbows page I don't see your pipe size code but the OD of the pipe that the elbow relates to.
Now I understand but the original; phone conversation failed to direct me effectively.
Also only express delivery for small orders adds significantly to price.
I guess Lockinex don't really want to relate to small non commercial orders but will do them (- which is appreciated but it isn't easy).

Key clamp handrail
Getting the right components for a handrail in Key Clamp for an inclined short stair proved tricky and the first attempt contained a error, but a quick message stopped the order and corrected the necessary components and the order was delivered in good time.
