I have used locking solicitors before, and they are among the best. Their communication with clients and responses to enquiries are excellent. This is my second home, and both times I went with loockings. Some other solicitors I have used in the past have hidden fees that they do not disclose to you. However, with lockings, there is no hidden price. The team is friendly and approachable, and they always keep you informed throughout the process.I have already recommended Lockings to a few of my friends who were extremely pleased with them.

Straightforward service, good regular comms, easy to speak to when required and no need to chase throughout the entire process (that was a first in several house sales/purchases!). On top of that, great value for money. Thoroughly recommend Lockings.

I liked the fact that I dealt with the same person all the time. The conveyancing process took too long in my opinion. No chain and cash buyer should have completed in less than 19 weeks. I would have preferred regular updates, however it was me doing all the chasing. I was pleased that Lockings were happy to withhold the payment to the estate agent when they tried to overcharge me. Unlike the estate agent, Lockings original quote was accurate and unchanged.
