I was completely stuck with a flat tyre after Halfords lost my locking wheel nut. I was discussing this with a friend when he recommended this company. LWNK were brilliant from the start and got me out of a nightmare situation, as I didn't have the wheel lock code for my nuts.

This is the second time I have used this company and each time they have been outstanding. The communication was excellent. Highly recommend

AVOID. I was recommended this by a garage but you shouldn't use it. You can get the exact same thing on eBay for £40 cheaper

I was a bit sceptical using this site but they were fantastic even answering emails on a Sunday, I ordered my lost locking wheel nut on a Sunday and had it on the Friday, great comes,price and delivery time

My wheel nut key was misplaced during my last MOT, so I called my local VW garage to purchase another. The parts dept were absolutely useless and told me they couldn't replace the key and I would have to book it in with them at a cost of £180!!! Well that certainly was not an option so I googled and found this Company. My email request was responded to within 5 mins whereby they explained the simple process. I forwarded my images and my order was placed using the express service and I am pleased to say I received my key at 08:02 the next day. I am super impressed with their efficiency and prompt professional attention to my order and I will definitely recommend to others.

The quality of the locking wheel nut socket is excellent. The support was great and helped me identify the exact tool needed. I got to wheel nuts off easily and for much less than a garage had quoted me for tackling the job

I lost the locking wheel nut key for my wife’s car whilst changing the wheel because of a puncture. I looked at other options, but they were all much more expensive (VW being 4 times the price I paid here) so I decided to give this a go. It was a very easy process other than an issue with incompatible photo formats taken from my phone. The wheel nut key worked perfectly and was delivered much more quickly than I expected.

Excellent service. I had a nail in my tyre and I couldn’t find the locking wheel nut to replace the tyre. I needed the car for business so I was totally stuck! I admit to being a little skeptical about the replacement but I emailed a few times and received a very quick and professional response, which gave me the confidence to order. I paid for next day service and it duly arrived and was perfect for the job. I was very impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Despite the quality of the website I have nothing but good things to say about this business. The use of the word 'sceptical' in almost every review below almost made me...'sceptical' that they were genuine but the whole thing provides exactly the service they advertise, well communicated and in good timescales.

Lost my wheel nut key, didn't get any useful advice from car dealership or garage so very reluctantly went online when I came across Locking Wheel Nut Keys. Slightly dubious, I called them and spoke to a lady who was extremely helpful ... I ordered and key came next day as paid extra for that service. Well worth it! Would recommend LWNK over and over again. Great service!

Like others I was skeptical of the website and so checked the reviews first to confirm whether this was a legitimate service. Upon seeing the reviews I then placed an order yesterday afternoon; instantly I received a reply that helpfully pointed out I had taken an incorrect photo and upon rectifying this my order was dispatched and arrived this morning. That is a 16 hour turnaround. I could not praise this company anymore as they have saved me a lot of money in an incredibly timely manner.

Thought it was dodgy when I first ordered, however sent across a picture and proof of ownership & was sent a key that fits. Only negative is delivery time & cost. ++

Ordered from Rep Ireland on Friday and receive the key on Tue, wheels changed same morning.
Item shipped from Germany so no EU import tax :)
Note: Website refused to accept Rep of Ireland as a delivery address, so I emailed the company directly and got a very prompt response.
