Great customer service and prompt delivery.

I replaced the awful Ford factory wheel nuts on my sons Ford Focus.

The Spot On website was easy to navigate and my order was dispatched strait away. Very happy with the replacement nuts, and incredible quality for the price point.

I had a slight issue with the order, but Spot On (Dan) rectified the problem within 30 mins of being made aware.

I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a transit replacement nut, made an error on the order form, had an e mail within minutes requesting correct details, received earlier than expected and does the job perfectly.

The customer service has been phenomenal. After using their '3 Step Process' to send them an email of my current locking wheel nut for my Ford Fiesta, they responded within 15 minutes... after 5pm(!) to confirm that they would be able to provide a replacement for me.
After completing the purchase on the website the same evening, I was then emailed before 9am the following morning to say that the wheel nut had been dispatched and it would be with me the next day. After request, the support team provided me with the tracking number and, as promised, the key arrived the next day.
Couldn't ask for better customer experience. Hopefully I never need them again, but it's a great relief knowing that they're available if I need them!

I need a tyre change however appears the last mot the locking wheel but hadn’t been put back in car which I didn’t discover till I needed to replace tyre. I was eventually lucky to find this site and give them everything they needed clear photo and ID which was good as proved I was the owner. Then it was the genuine key for the Ford here super quick car booked in and new tyres on. This place was a life saver for me.

Used the three step process to identify a suitable Key .. Very fast communication after I sent on picture of wheel nut .. Reassuring communication and quick delivery .. New 2nd Hand Ford for my daughter , key missing .. Quick turnaround and now peace of mind .. Thanks very much .. Definately recommend..

Brilliant service. 

My local garage lost my wheel nut key during the last MOT and to make the things worse they also lost the security code which was in the same bag. I was stuck with a flat tyre and no hope of removing the wheel as FORD would not help without providing them with this piece of information. I did my research and came across this company. My first enquiry to them was responded to promptly and with the good news that they could help me.

After sending them the necessary information and images I received an email that same day to say that my order was now in hand and was being processed.

I received the Genuine Ford wheel nut key and it fitted perfectly and now I am very happy to be able to move on. Honestly, I cannot thank them enough.

Highly recommended; brilliant communication, excellent product and saved me loads of money compared to Ford's only option which was to have them drill the nuts off at a ridiculous fee.

The existing wheel nut lock for my Fiat 500 sheered. May car is second hand and I had no code for the key. LWNK's site was easy to use, with clear guidance and some great advice.

The key arrived, was a perfect match and I have now been able to replace a punctured tyre. The tyre fitters I use were very impressed.

My Fiat main dealer was no help at all and I would have been facing considerable expense and inconvenience without LWNK.

My photos weren't great but they got me the right key. Would recommend to anyone who's lost theirs.

After firstly going to my local garage and four further outlets only to be told that my only option was to have the nuts drilied out.

I was about to give up changing my tyre when I found locking wheel nut keys online. Brilliant customer service and speed of delivery. Finally changed my tyre 4 weeks after my first visit to the garage. If I had only found them sooner.

I was completely stuck with a flat tyre after Halfords lost my locking wheel nut. I was discussing this with a friend when he recommended this company. LWNK were brilliant from the start and got me out of a nightmare situation, as I didn't have the wheel lock code for my nuts.

They had to source it from Europe and even with the heatwave it got to me really fast! Would highly recommend, I am beyond happy!

Excellent service and brilliant customer support. I really didn't expect that as land rover dealer failed to replace my lock. I searched online and found this company and followed the instructions and got the key within less than 3 days. I was impressed the key has fitted very nicely with my wheel lock. Lost my wheel but key and the key code. After taking my Volvo into a main dealer to have the locking wheel nuts removed and be told by them they can’t replace the key or even remove the nut with the Volvo master key I followed the simple instructions and supplied a phot of the nut and the required documents to LWNK. Had a response from them within 30 minutes confirming they could supply a replacement. Replacement arrived within three days as it had to come from abroad and was a perfect match. Brilliant customer service and excellent tool.

Exactly as promised, replacement locking wheel nut ordered at 3:45pm Tuesday with photos as instructed. Delivered super quick next Wednesday morning allowing MOT to progress and let us get back on the road. Great customer service from James with updates and tracking of package via Royal Mail. My local garage were really impressed and will recommend to others who find themselves in the same situation.

Nissan were dreadful & told me they would drill all wheel nuts off and replace all wheels as they didn't recognise code. LWNK ordered key from Germany and it arrived in 2 days. Saved us lots of time and money. Really helpful and efficient. Excellent service.
