Superb service
Nissan were dreadful & told me they would drill all wheel nuts off and replace all wheels as they didn't recognise code. LWNK ordered key from Germany and it arrived in 2 days. Saved us lots of time and money. Really helpful and efficient. Excellent service.

After replacing the pads on my car I stupidly left the wheel key on the nut and drove the car. Oops. Having been told by my local Porsche dealer to either bring the car to them and they could “try a few that they had got” or get a local garage to try brute force, I found LWNK on the internet. At first I was very sceptical about sending the proof of ownership details that they wanted,but realised it was genuinely needed,otherwise anyone could ask for a key to any vehicle as long as they had the reg.
Within 2hours of ordering I received email telling me that they had identified my key but there was no availability in the uk but they could order one from Germany and they would refund me the extra express delivery costs that I had paid.
Within 3 days I had received the key direct from Germany and I had an email from LWNK telling me my refund had been prosessed.
It is very nice ( and rare) to come across this level of service and I would have no hesitation in recommending LWNK.

Nothing arrived after 10 days...
Ordered a replacement key 9th September on the 'Silver' 3-5 working day delivery service. 11th September received a dispatched notification. 18th September still nothing arrived and no sign of anything coming on the tracking number supplied. Courier cannot locate the parcel. LNWK Customer service rude telling me I have changed the delivery details and not agreeing to send a replacement. Frustrating beyond belief.

Excellent service, I tried Nissan main dealer only to be told I would have to have locking nuts drilled off, pay for that, then buy more locking nuts with key. LWNK’s easy to follow online instructions were faultless and key arrived at predicted time. Thanks guys, for saving me lots of trouble and money
