Very efficient
I was pleasantly surprised by your efficiency, you answered the phone call straight away, promised to send someone over in about 1hour and you kept your promise, the locksmith did a very good job, replaced the key barrel in about 10 - 15 minutes.
The service was a bit price in my opinion, I was tempted to rate you 4 stars :)

Called Dialock at 2 pm made an appointment for 6 pm to check a problem lock on a sliding patio door.

I couldn’t close my front door and when the person came said that the problem wasn’t the door lock he wasn’t sure if he could fixe it but he did he really tried hard to do it, I was very happy and glad I could close my door again!!!

Was locked out at midnight, said 30-40 minutes but was there about 20
He tried every way possible to get me in without damage however ended up having to drill the old lock out
Had replacement parts in the car and replaced with new for me
Yes was quite expensive but to be expected I guess for a midnight call-out
Had to get the guy out of bed!
