I had them come out to upgrade the locks on my new home. They provided a lot of useful info over the phone and didn’t push the most expensive options. The tech was on time, explained everything in detail, and didn’t leave until I was 100% happy. Only isuue was they didn't have the exact color lock I wanted, but they offered to order it for me, which was appreciated.

I sent in a query via the website and got a callback within 20 minutes, and an appointment set up for the same afternoon. Thomas the locksmith was efficient, very friendly and got the job done in no time. I'd definitely recommend Dialock.

Jammed our kitchen utility door so the only access was from the outside side door which was locked with the key inside. Serge arrived in less than a hour from making the call. Had the door opened and problem fixed in less then 30 minutes. He was so informative, efficient and professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommended.

I called this service, and they were at my door in less than 30 minutes only. He was polite, didn’t make me feel bad about my mistake, and even gave some tips on how to avoid this in the future. Only thing is, I wish they had more payment options. Cash only was a bit of a hassle.

I was locked out from my house on Saturday night and the technician Jura came in 20 minutes. The job was done quickly and clean. I recommend this services!!!

I needed a lock change after a break-in, and they were at my place within 30 minutes. The locksmith was professional and made me feel secure again. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe having a little more clarity on pricing over the phone, but no big deal...

Jura called out for scheduled visit precisely on time and explained everything in great detail. Very quick job, very well done. Explained what I needed and what I didn't. It was pricey for the time taken which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, but the level of service was really excellent

Locking system on front door broke. Serge came within 2 hours of making contact and repaired all in no time. Extremely quick and helpful, honestly could not be happier with service. Such a nice person to deal with and would recommend him to everyone.

I phoned and requested a call out to fix my pvc door, this was dealt with very efficiently.. Serge called at the given time was very polite, helpful and professional throughout the call.. He explained everything is great detail throughout..
I couldn’t speak more highly of him and would recommend him to anyone..

Serg was excellent. Having locked myself out the house in the pouring rain, I was extremely distressed. Serg arrived within 20 minutes, was extremely professional, kind and understanding and assisted to solve the problem within a few minutes. He really helped to calm a terrible situation. Can't rate him highly enough.

I got locked out of my house on Sunday morning and Serg was out within an hour of ringing Dialock and sorted it all out. I was back inside the house within minutes- great service, thanks Serg and the lady I spoke to on the phone, both were very helpful. I’m going out now to get some keys cut to avoid this happening again!
