I was initially a little nervous of going through the application process but needn’t have worried. I filled out the straightforward application and linked my bank accounts for 2 hours access so the lender could verify my incomings and outgoings etc. I was contacted within an hour by a nice chap called Rob who explained everything and asked if I was happy to proceed. I agreed and was sent an electronic letter to sign etc. I was then contacted by Rob again who double checked again I was happy to proceed and he arranged for an agent to come and look at my car. They sent an agent within 40 minutes of me agreeing. The agent was very nice and took photos of my car, the V5 and my drivers license. All took only 10 minutes. Then I received a call from Leo who was very polite and confirmed my name and d.o.b and the account number and sort code I wanted the loan paying into. Within 5 minutes I had received a welcome email and the money was in my account. All in all I am very happy with how it was all handled, speedily and professionally. They couldn’t of been any better to be honest 😁. Applied at 8.30am and money in bank by 2pm. Granted the interest rates are high but it was all fully explained and I needed the money quickly so it was fine. 5*

Responsible affordability checks carried out to see if I was able to afford the repayments. Will definitely be using the company again in the future.

This is my second experience with Logbook money. The first time was great, very quick to send the money and the process is very easy. All the staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and accommodating. If you pay off early you are able to pay significantly less than the final amount owed. I’ve just used them for the second time and this experience was just as the first was. Really easy and completed within about 24hours .

I have just completed paying my loan, It was over 18 months..
As we are all aware things can change in that time, yes..! they did for me. It become more difficult for me financially and I really needed help.

Came to rescue when needed funds quickly following a spell of homelessness, quick service and funds recieved quickly. Super company to do service with and would highly recommend. Yes interest is high but I suppose your paying as nobody else would help. Paid off loan early as now in better financial position but without help from them at start i wouldn't be where i am,Fantastic
