Expensive but then these types of loans always are. Had no problems at all over the 18 months and they changed my weekly payments to monthly to make it easier for me to manage. Only gripe I've got is that its nearly impossible to get through to customer support on the phone. I eventually went through new sales who then got someone from customer support to call me back. I'm not really a fan of leaving messages on company voicemails.

The initial process to take out the loan was pretty simple and I had the money in no time. Don't be fooled by the same day money blurb though, this is the same day you have your car inspected and hand over the documents, not the day you apply.

Another small gripe is lack of communication from them. My loan finished a couple weeks ago and I had no communication from them telling me it was paid off (and that I had overpaid a bit), when I'd get my V5 back, etc. They would benefit from sending out annual statements or having an online portal to access your payment history (if they do have one I never found out about it).

Overall not bad.

They by pass checks to get it secured against your car
You will get a loan that u will repay 3 times the loan amount or they will threaten to take your car!
Be warned people don’t be fooled by Paz Leo or Rob

They will hand out loans before even confirming if your able to to afford to pay it back! You will get a loan for a £1000 and pay back over £3000! They are thriving off people not being able to pay back especially during the pandemic so they can seize your car for a profit!

They also send bailiffs without the court paperwork for the seizure! This company should be looked into by watchdog and trading standards

They sound nice will your signing up then there attitude changes
