Logic Foam's Director Justin was also a Director at Home Logic. They have left thousands of people with bad foam installation . Me being one. It's costing me more to remove than it cost to instal and that was expensive enough. Dont touch any company with Justin Perry as any kind of Director. He will take your money then dissolve the company and you are left with a mess. I hope he sleeps well at night and that has parent and family are proud of him and how he treats customers. A disgrace to society.

If there were any lower stars I would award the lowest! Do NOT have anything to do with this company. We had our loft sprayed by Home Logic and after many cold calls asking to come and check our loft for damp we eventually got "drawn in" by Logic foam! Saying that they had taken over home Logic and so that they could see if our warranty was still valid they needed to check our loft. Patrick from Logic foam came out, looked at the loft and surprise surprise the foam needed to be removed! He was going to give us 2 quotes, 1 for removal and re insulation and 1 for just re insulation. 4 days later still no quotes. Meanwhile we were so distressed by how wet the loft was with the help of a friend we started to remove the foam! Half done and several trips to the tip later. We spoke to Logic foam who now say they refuse to give us a quote as we have started to remove the foam ourselves! They were only really interested in the costly job(thousands of pounds) of removing the foam!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I, like so many other, put my email address into a Green Government Scheme in 2023 as it claimed to give home owners a voucher towards cheap insulation. I was contacted by Home Logic immediately, and a sales rep came round the next day.

As a first time home owner, I put my trust in Home logic. The sales rep used all the usual sales tactics others have experienced: "if you pay the deposit today you will get money off" and "I'll call my boss to reduce the price". Gave me a fancy brochure etc.

I booked in the install which was completed December 2023. I was assured at the time by sales rep Antony Tyers, and the install team, that this would not affect getting a mortgage. This was incorrect. Fast forward to now, I cant get a re-mortgage from any reputable lender until the spray foam is removed.

I had a third party company come round this year to assess the foam. This company was mentioned by Citizens advice. Fortunately, I changed my contact details since dealing with Home Logic, so I haven't been contacted by any spam company. The third party company advised that the spray foam had been sprayed directly onto my bitumen felt which has now compromised its structure. This was meant to be sprayed onto a membrane before the felt. The spray foam has completely sealed off my soffits, hindering the air ventilation. The spray foam has also been sprayed directly onto several cables, hindering my abilities to access the cables.

I sent an official complaint, and after several emails, the CEO sent round an install team. When I asked the Engineer whether the spray foam over electrical cables was correct (knowing that of course it wasn't) he responded "That is above my pay grade". Really calls into question the competency of the install team, and Home logic.

I have since sent several complaint emails and official letters to Home Logic. When you call the Home Logic number, it now suspiciously states its now Logic Foam, hence why this review will be posted under both companies. No one has responded, and no one has answered the phone.

I have put in a formal complaint with the finance company that provided me a loan for the goods, and they are currently investigating this issue. I am looking at legal advice under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, and The Consumer Rights Act 2015, and I suggest any persons reading this review to do the same.

I have also logged my complaint with Trading Standards.

Please also take the five star reviews with a pinch of salt. You can clearly see these were all "invited".

The only reduction I have noticed since the spray foam was done is in air quality, not bills.

If you value professionalism, integrity, accountability, honesty and transparency, avoid Home Logic and any associated company with the longest barge pole you can find.

Will damage your roof and never fix the issue

They hide behind their own engieers and never want to believe 3rd party independent engineers.

I installed the foam 3 years ago. I saw the leaks coming I did complain but nobody came. I kept getting calls every month trying to sell me something new and I kept stating the foam has been causing a leak.

The foam broke through my membrane and caused roof tiles to shift. Now instead of fixing the issues they caused. They claim this is not part of their warranty or garentee.

When you they call, they talk in aggressive tones and try to gaslight you into believing they are not the issue. I have photo proof of the damage and what this foam caused. Their answer to me is go get a lawyer.

Don't use Homelogic for any of their products
