USE GLS INSTEAD!!!

Delivery posted as delivered in mailbox, of course empty, people at the chat was unhelpful and unprepared, will report the fact to the police because this is stealing!

Package from US

Package from US. I paid the customs, everything was okay. Package was transported to my city. In the day of delivery somehow my address was incorrect. And what postnord did? Send it back to the sender. Of course I contacted sender - address was correct - they got photos of a package with my address on it. What postnord said? Maybe you moved to another address XDDD YES, SURE, I MOVED AND DIDNT NOTICE THAT FACT XD
I’m waiting for refund for the customs id!ots.

bad service

bad service, I ordered packages, they say I received so I received nothing I try to call them, I wait 3 hours without anyone picking up and their chat is also a long wait. no one to help its a lot of money kon puts in parcel i am very sad 😥 bad service no organization in their system

They always keep saying, "We attempted to deliver the package but there was none at home" When I see them, they don't even bother to stop by or knock on the door.

What's wrong with postnord Denmark

Could someone tell me why this package with this number LM451876132SE states that my address is not correct. It appears that I'm having this issue just with Post Nord.. My package keep on Disappear 3 times now and no sms no email just returned and they don't return. We shop for them take what they want. Is that fair ?. They don't and phone call. When your chatting they say. We can't help you.sorry for your lost. I have same address 13 year's.

Took a picture of my door

Took a picture of my door, but didn’t click on the button ( that was too hard).

Got a sms with the classic, “you where not home”, I got really confused, cuz I started wondering if I was in the wrong house.

Searched for my wife and asked if we where on the correct address (my home) she confirmed it, that I/we where.

And now I just don’t trust anything else i my life, called my mom to ask if I am adopted etc.

I am just confused now at this point, why am I paying rent, when I am not even on the address???

Waiting for my SMS so I can pick up the T shirt, which was a gift FOR TODAY.

Delivery at address not even attempted, despite paid for

I purchased an item online and ordered delivery at address. Instead of being delivered, I get a text message that delivery could not be made as no one was at the address. This, while I was literally at the address. The driver did not even attempt to make a delivery. Customer service had me waiting 30 minutes while staring at the app (you can't minimise it without loosing your place in the queue), upon which they do nothing. The parcel (10 kg) will be delivered in 2 working days to a place within ~1 km radius, all of which work short hours thus forcing me to take time off to collect it.

Truly abysmal service. Stay as far away as you can.

Horrible delivery for international parcels!

I ordered six or seven packages from Aliexpress. And each package was lost or "didn't make it" to Denmark. Although the tracking system showed that the parcel was received at the border. It is impossible to contact the staff to discuss. There is only an app chat where you have to wait 2 hours for your turn.
Terrible service! Spent so much money on packages and no one and nothing reimbursed me!

A package is sent from sweden to a pick…

A package is sent from sweden to a pick up location with tracking. It shows"under transportation" for 9 days in a row and therefore it can't be open a claim on Postnord website (claiming on it's way - be patient). When I contact customer service on the phone, the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, therefore phone disconnects automatically, several attempts later same happens. Only to find out is "under transportation" to be returned because they are confused about pick up location. So the sender sends a new package with a new tracking number, and the same happens again!!!
The package has been twice at the destination and is returned twice because it is impossible to come in contact with you!! Imagine if people were not paying shipping costs??? It's sick!! It's about time you improve your customer service and stop wasting people's time

Been on hold for customer support FOR…

Been on hold for customer support FOR OVER 2 HOURS.

My package has been with customs since the 11th of August (7 days). No customs tax info, nothing.

Call support line - no answer for 2 HOURS.

2 FULL HOURS.

Disgusting

I live in the middle of Copenhagen and this company is not even capable to deliver my package to my door. This has happened so many times and it's over. I will never ever again use your services. Not to mention that I received my package completely destroyed. The products inside of the package were damaged too and it was a formula milk for my baby. You should be ashamed of what kinda company you are. Do not trust them.

Nonsense. I`m MAD MAD

Been waiting for my 2 packages for more than a month (which is kinda normal since they were ordered from Aliexpress but seemed suspicious since the longest it takes is around 3 weeks usually). When checked AliEx. to see the status of the packages, it showed that "The order is finished" meaning that I "Have received them" (but that wasn`t true). So I went to my nearest PostNord place, told my issue, the guy (for my surprise) was kind enough to call the main office to help me find my 2 packages. He informed me that I need to find the package number and call PostNord. I did find them, tried calling. Waited for 30min - no one picked up. Tried to write them an email - they don`t have one. While browsing their website, found an option to "Track my orders". Turns out that one of the packages are being returned?! Keep in mind that I NEVER received anything that informed me that my package has arrived. One of the times I got an informative letter in my mailbox about my package being delivered and that I have to collect it. The other time (when the package was small enough) it was inserted in the mailbox. But this time I didn`t even know that my package has been waiting for me somewhere. Now the best part - I tried to fill in the complain. As asked, I provided my package`s ID number, and then it says "Your package is en route, perhaps delayed. We need to ask you to be patient a little more"...
What is this nonsense, PostNord? I hope someone from the company will see this. This all happened in Denmark but I`m writing in English since I`m not Danish.

Took two days of my life

They told me they gonna deliver the first day, refused to elaborate on an hour, 08:00-16:00 they said. No one showed up, nothing was delivered. I called them demanding to know a more precise time for the second day. They sent me an email saying it will be delivered between 10 am and 12 am, ok. Nothing again. Called them at 12, and the guy said they'll before 1 pm. Ok. Nothing again. Called them again at 1 pm. The guy told me to wait one more hour. Now it's 14:30 and I am still waiting. Do they realize people have other obligations and not enough time to wait two days at home for a package? We will never know ...

Package from Zalando

Package from Zalando, courier wrote that nobody was home which is a LIE since 1 hour before there was a GLS courier and he had no problems with delivering another package. Very disappointed
