Embarrassing stain on Denmark's proud reputation
Awful, awful service, every f*king time!
Slow and expensive. Incompetent and uncommunicative. I've had letters get lost, sent to the wrong address and then eventually returned to me, where upon they could only apologise and tell me to try again and pay for the privilege.
I have received a letter from them telling me to pay an extortionate fee to release a package from customs within 10 days of receiving the letter or it will be returned to sender, and the letter was dated more than 10 days ago...
I have been sent a case number and pincode from them required to pay an extortionate fee online to release a package to me, only for the number and pincode not to work.
I have spent a total of approximately a billion hours on hold to them trying to resolve these and various other problems of their making. It's an embarrassment that this is the national postal service, and an extortionate inconvenience that they are in charge of customs duties.
Whenever possible, use another provider.
EMS package delayed for 2 days
I have an EMS package delayed for 2 days without any progress. They seemed to keep scanning it but never loaded it for outbound delivery.
PostNord has had issues with delivery since November - they claimed due to Black Friday and holiday rush for online shipping. This happens every year with holidays. I failed to see any improvement year after year.
Now there is sick leaves and packages piling up again. Other than asking people to be patient, I don’t see any visible improvements since last Nov.
Can't trust them
Can't trust them. Shipping takes forever, is crazy expensive, they don't come when they say they will, etc. Contact by phone is at least 2hrs wait.
Use DHL or UPS when possible.
