Daniel Hopkins came up with very good designs and executed my amendments easily and quickly. The whole process was straightforward and I would certainly use this company again in future.

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the sales team who were a tad keen. I don't really respond well to pushy sales so this was something that I didn't appreciate.

We were looking to bring our logo into the 21st century, had a quick look on line and decided on Logo Cottage. The price was what initially made our decision, but the process has been smooth with a few emails and calls along the way.

What started as a miscommunication due to the negative feedback I had read online turned into one of the most pleasant and easy projects I have had done.

Do NOT believe the negative feedback these guys have. The service is fast, they communicate well and the end result is a fantastic logo at a very reasonable price.

I requested a logo be made and once i had paid them the money I received little to no contact at all. I asked for a refund and they claim it was issued but its been 2 weeks...I have reported them as fraud...

Please be aware and make others aware of there SCAM, they are not based in the UK FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

Fast speedy service.
The initial design of the new logo was super fast and efficient.
Some minor communication issues regarding revisions caused a delay in receiving the updated designs. Once this was resolved we received the updated revisions extremely quickly.

I had good experience with the company, good customer service

The service was excellent and very personal which I think is key when designing a logo as communication between the designers and I was very important to me.
