I recently used Logo Cottage to design something to go on a t-shirt for a 90th birthday. Their communication from the outset was swift and excellent. They took my 'vague' idea and turned it into something that said 'wow!' I was sent a choice of 4 designs within 48 hours which I was able to critique and then the designer used my feedback to hone in on what was important in my concept. The next batch of designs came very quickly and I didn't need to suggest anymore changes. The finished article was clever, slick and had enormous impact. You could put it on any product and it would fly off the shelves. I am so pleased and highly recommend this company.

Do not use this company for Website design. The platform they build on isn't suitable for Google use and SEO services.

I had my website independently reviewed by 5 companies and they all said the same thing. The website design itself was appalling and took forever to create. Even now I still receive emails asking me to spend another £300 to upgrade. This company is a sales company and they keep trying to make you upgrade by paying extra.

The logo designed is good however. I really like it and it was done quickly and efficiently.

The customer service from this company is appalling as well. They are based overseas and speak to you badly. You cannot reach account managers until 12pm.

The design they came up with was okay but it took ages to be delivered. They also managed to swindle an extra £200 out of me for "Trademarking".

I am also very dubious about all the positive reviews Logocottage has on this site...

Be aware that this company is based in India and not England as they claim.
