If I could give zero stars I would. I've been asking for my $99 refund for a month. Work they submitted to me was terrible and not professional at all. I've hear from no one after email after email. I've given them until the end of the week to refund me or I'm contacting the attorney general of the state and filing a complaint and with the better business bureau. I wish I would've read these reviews before. Lesson learned. They are not honest people. Stay far away!!

Avoid. Didn't deliver and didnt refund.

I chose logoshine as they offered a no quibble money back guarantee. The logo's they designed were very amateur and I decided to cancel my order. They initially agreed to a full refund, then failed to return the payment, and ignored every email I sent to them after this. It has been over 2 months since they agreed to the refund, and I will now have to apply for a chargeback via my credit card.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I spent £400 for them to re-design my already up and ruining website which i already payed over £1000 for. They contacted me about the work and promised me all the features that were already working on my auction website would stay the same. They sent me a layout of how the website would look and then went ahead and started work on re-designing my already working website. When the website was finished nothing that was already on the website (i.e letting people sell there own produces on our website) worked and my website was useless, They had WIPED the original WORKING SOFTWARE off my website which meant nothing worked. I contacted logo shines UK and they agreed that they made a mistake and would give me a full refund .
They said that i had to wait till the end of the month (June 1st) for refund to be issued and money would be back in my bank within 5/7 days . I contacted them on the 7th June as no refund had been made which they told me it will be in by the 15th on June now !!!! How can a refund take over a mouth ??? I have emailed them and tried to contact them by phone but every time i do Ben Rogers and Shawn Davis are not in the office. Now i have to pay again for my original website design to get my website up and running again. If your looking for a new website DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with logo shines UK because you will only have to pay someone else to do it right again after

DO NOT USE THEM This company are totally untrustworthy. After dealing with them in Feb 2017 I didn't receive any of the logo designs I paid for and kept calling them and emailing and got NO response. Thankfully I paid on my credit card and my bank recovered the costs. The website is no longer active but only today I have received a text from them saying that I have a 50% discount. I called them and they answered so unfortunately yet again they are trading. A disgraceful company. Keep clear.

I trusted LogoShines with my logo design and they didn't fail me.
I was not in a rush to get the job done so it may have taken longer time than what I have expected to reach my final logo. But what I liked the most about them is their persistence to reach my 100% satisfaction for the logo (in one incident I was ok with the proposed design and ready to move to the next step of the project yet asked if possible to make a minor change, they could have ignored my comment since I didn't stress it but instead they made sure not to move to the next step before I am really happy with what I have in hand at this stage). Also, I would like to thank Peter & Chris for their follow-up calls whenever something isn't clear for me or them. Totally recommended!

Quick brilliant service highly recommended

A fantastic start initially. Logo concepts were sent through within the given time period. An excellent array of concepts to choose from.
However, as the project progressed, communication with the project leader was sparse. Acknowledgement of emails sent to him and the team, would have been appreciated and more accurate time scales put in place. Sometimes, it exceeded the 24 hour period that was given. I had to do a lot of chasing to get things sent through. I appreciate that there are processes to go through before revisions can be sent, however strangely that always appeared as soon as I questioned where they were.
Also, I strongly feel that if I were able to speak to the designer directly then we would have got to the end result much quicker, which surely is better for Logoshines and the customer? I appreciate you must have a lot of projects and speaking to each customer would be time consuming, however I feel it would aid your communication and customer satisfaction as well as completion rates of projects improving too.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Unfortunately I didn't read the bad reviews, and so I was left with a website that simply didn't work, in the end I had to pay another company to start again, it has been soul destroying and damaging whilst trying to start a new company.

I dealt with a number of poeple, David Wilson, Cheryl Youhanna, Stephanie Johnson, Peter Johnson and lastly my 'account manager' Ross Tyler.

The company has a London address but are working all of the world registering domains to random companies, blocking IP address to UK users and much more.

Below I have listed just a few of the issues I came across -

- My domain was not registered in my name, it was registered to 360digitalmarketing - there has been no explanation why, I ended up having to buy a new domain
- There logo designs where so bad I had to make my own and send it to them.
- Spelling mistakes everywhere
- I didn't get access back of house to my website but have been told my project is complete
- I did a test order and customers were getting emails confirmation from a Muhammad Farhan email address, others did not receive emails full stop.
- Random IP address' were blocked for no reason and they had no explanation why
- I had some analogised done, DNS checks showed lots of errors and technical issues.
- If you were able to get on and not be blocked the whole website was very slow
- the email accounts they provide are more than basic, they are unable to be configured with iphone and outlook
- The deadline we agreed was not met

The list goes on!!

I spent £800 on my this package and lots of potential customers lost. Lesson learnt for me but please don't make the same mistake if you starting up and need a website.

Simply couldn't ask for better service, great designs , customer service and very quick and efficient with the designs. I'm so glad to be using logo shines for my logo!

You're excited about your new business venture and you're ready to get started with the branding! The logoshines well designed website, work samples and prices draw you in and you're ready to pay them to help create an impressive visual representation of your company. I fell into that trap, and in my opinion I have reason to believe this company won't last long, especially after reading similar negative reviews, reviews that also reflect my bad experience.

Keep in mind, the people writing other negative reviews aren't just disgruntled individuals, they are business owners, or people with a similar title who feel let down by this company, including myself.

First off, their website says "money back guarantee" do not be fooled by that (other reviews will corroborate with my experience of this ongoing broken promise). I tried very hard twice to get my money back before completion because of constant typos in my simple business name (along with a few other things). I pointed out the error, they ended up sending more concepts with the SAME TYPOS (and many of the concepts were just slight edits of other concepts)! I had enough, I gave them two second chances already to get things right. On my third attempt to get my money back, this happened:

I was talking with a manager and he did a very respectable thing, after I explained the negative experience, he said he would give the money back and since we were only one edit away from logo completion, he would go ahead and finalize it and then the refund should hit my bank on April 7th. I checked my account, and nothing. It gets worse!

I called to get this taken care of, the person on the other end of the phone said it's "impossible to get your money back since we completed your logo". That is understandable if one doesn't know the original agreement, I knew once the manager I had that agreement with was able to communicate with the team then it should be worked out, "should" being the key word.

I called later to see if the manager was available, he wasn't. I talked with my account manager, he said the same words as the other guy, about how it's not possible to refund the money.

I called today, still unable to talk to anyone who has been empowered to make this situation right. The person I did talk to said they talked with the manager I originally had this agreement with and he said that they won't be able to refund the money. I asked for the manager of the manager, he put me on hold. When he got back on the phone the man on the other end said something along the lines of "the man you want me to put you in touch with is the manager of managers, he does not talk to clients". You heard that right, the upper management will not talk to you.

I've already hired another logo company to work on my project. The only reason I agreed to let them finish the logo (with the agreement on getting the money back for having such a bad experience) was because I had a big event coming up and needed some kind of logo on my web and social media. Since that event, when traffic slowed down I stripped the web of the logo, I was settling for the purpose of "something" is better than nothing, and it's free (since I was getting refunded)

I'm not going to beg you not to use this company, that would be selfish of me, of course I want this review to steer potential clients away, but don't do it for me, do it for yourself. If you want logo typos to go unnoticed even after pointing them out, if you want bad customer service or no empowered people on the other end to make things right, if you want simple directions on what to do with certain concepts to go ignored, if you want to feel good about the "money back guarantee" (like I did at first) only to find out it's not a policy they practice, then you should look into logoshines, but first, take an ibuprofen because it's going to cause a headache!

Avoid them!
I should have avoided them, too. Nothing worked, except for them to setup an account for me on their website, which worked only after I asked them to check it. They required payment in advance and pushed for website development, although I needed logo design.

- I didn't receive the number of initial designs I was told to receive
- I only received some of it when I followed up, because they didn't keep their own deadlines
- The designs didn't reflect any of the guidance I provided
- There was no response to the feedback or action to improve the designs
