Poor customer service. Happy with designs though
Initially started pff good with logo designs sent to me and revisions applied swiftly, but since then waiting for staionary designs is starting to get tedius. Im waiting nearly 48 hours for responses and im only getting them when ring / live chat. Constantly trying to up sell. I was offered printing and copyright and promised final revisions last night. I said no countless times to the copyright. I feel because i said no to the printing and copyright services which offered (which were very expensivr) they have slowed the process down. Appaling pushy customer service. I've been waiting 2 weeks now. I would avoid!

Designers have ignored my instructions on colour, content and just about everything. And timescale. My own designs, as an amateur are more competent. This company, it appears to me, has no expertise aesthetically or otherwise. I received today, over a month since I paid for this work (despite a promised much shorter deadline and numerous emails), two new logos which are ok. I was told I could keep the 2nd if I removed my negative review.
