But had no conformation of this , Phoned main office Monday morning twice, to get conformation ,said would get someone to phone back ,twice, no one did . Logs arrived at 11.30. Delivery driver very helpful.
logs look really good quality. Will defiantly buy from this company again. Could do with a bit more communication . Good value logs.

Paid for a morning but it didnt arrive until 5-15pm
Paid for a morning slot but my logs didnt come until 5-15pm. The driver who was great said it wasnt down for a morning slot. Tried all day to find out where my product was and not one person out of at least five people could find out what was happening . I was fuming as i had the day off for nothing so in all it had cost a days holiday pay ( which i didnt need to do ) plus the cost of a morning slot . No one got in touch to apologise but i noticed on my credit card i got £35 back . But i feel that i am out of pocket because i used a days holiday making sure i was in.

The blurb for the 20kg birch box says it comes with a supply of kindling nets- neither of mine did.

710kg Ash Crate
Bought the 710kg Ash crate (it's the third lot we have had). Ideal size logs. Arrived well packed in a wooden crate which cuts up to make great kindling.

My first order but not the last
The online ordering process was straight forward with helpful photographs showing exactly what you would get.
Delivery was included in the price and within two days I had my one cubic metre bag of birch logs cut to a fireplace size of 28cm.
It is difficult to see how things could have been much better!
