Brilliant driver,shame nobody took any notice of my request for a smaller vehicle!
Very difficult and time consuming as a result.
Have barrowed logs into shed and will have to dismantle the pallet-that will take some time too.

Good logs, terrible communication
Logs look good, wrapped on 4 sides but not on top. We haven't burned any yet. The delivery went well. Palletline guy friendly and helpful, called 5 mins away to check we were home, and manoeuvred the pallet up the path to where we wanted it.
Sadly, this was the best communication I had during the process. I ordered logs on 23rd December, based on the website giving options for deliveries between Christmas and New Year. I chose 27th December. They finally arrived on 5th January!
I telephoned 3 times in the interim, and in spite of promises, nobody ever phoned back. The best I got was 'I'll forward your details.' To whom? Where? No idea.
The website finally showed my order as 'shipped' on 2nd January, but I had no notice of the actual delivery date/time until Palletline phoned three days later and it was sheer luck that someone was home!

Better comunication , about delivery
Fof the ease of purchasing on line , the quality of the goods, and the service and delivery I would give five stars.
But! once l had ordered and paid there was no more communication about the shipped order. I could not trace the order as stated, so l had to telepone the main company to check that l was getting my delivery on the chosen date the day before.

Ordered and paid for 4 boxes of logs on 13.12.23, for delivery on Fri 22.12.23.
Came home from holiday on Tues 19.12.23 to find 2 boxes of logs on my doorstep blocked in by my dustbin?
Contacted Logs Near Me office by phone and email on 4 occasions, to be told every time a call back would be given. None received after 2 days.
I am owed 2 boxes of logs or a refund for 2 boxes but Logs Near Me wont respond to my calls or emails. Very disappointing, poor after service
