Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer. No communication regarding delivery. Once arrived on first inspection all looked good. Quality control is lacking. As I unpacked and stacked the top layer, the logs underneath were huge! I ordered logs of 20 to 30cm but honestly more than 30% are over 40cm and some 50cm. Some of them are only half sawn through so they are effectively whole tree trunks. These are far too big for my wood burning stove and I am a widowed pensioner. I will now have to employ someone who can cut them to size, which once I have paid for them to be cut will prove more expensive than buying nice boxed logs from Amazon. I will not be using this company again and do not recommend.

Excellent quality logs, well packed. Not your fault but the delivery company you used wasn't happy about our lane. Two cancelled appointments before they finally managed to deliver on day three.

Logs arrived swiftly and packaged well . The quality of the logs is superb and they have a long clean burn. Would definitely use again .
On a side note I requested a smaller delivery vehicle at checkout which was not sent. This caused trouble with neighbours as the driver tried to negotiate his 18 tonne wagon over their lawns !
