What could go wrong did
Wrong order sent,late afternoon delivery when I paid extra for a morning delivery. Delivery driver piled logs in front of the front door so my wife could not get into the house and then claimed we signed for them which was clever seeing no one was in during the afternoon. I asked for them to be put by the side gate. Thanks for the part credit note offered to us.at least it was something

I've used you many times over the years…
I've used you many times over the years with much satisfaction.
The last 3 deliveries , are in new boxes albeit I preferred the original boxes re floor space , but I have to say last 3 deliveries , the logs have been much thicker than past. These don't burn as well in my woodburner & I've had to resort to chopping them to 1/2 size in order to use effectively ( before a rarity)
