I really liked the cardboard boxes of hardwood. I ordered 3 boxes, comes with a bag of kindling and was perfect for me as I only need some for my Bell Tent stove.

The logs burn well, are cut to good sizes, come well packed in a wooden crate and arrive on the day you choose.

My order was delivered quickly and in great condition. They have a good selection of logs at good prices.

The size is not right.

The ash logs were delivered neatly in a weather secure crate.

As this was my first order I hadn't appreciated how much one crate held!

Placed a high-value order with Logs Near Me and received confirmation that the order had been accepted. On the scheduled day of delivery I called to see if there was a more precise timeslot within the 8am-6pm window, only to be told that there was no stock and I wasn't getting the delivery at all! Apparently the supplier (red flag #1 - LNM don't actually fulfil orders themselves) told 'Jonny' the day before that the order should not have been accepted and there was no chance of fulfilling it, but he did nothing about it - least of all contact me to tell me it had all gone wrong. Had I not called, the day would have passed with me none the wiser.
LNM (so I thought) spent the day trying to contact 'Jonny' - who handles orders and deliveries - to resolve the problem but he was incommunicado. By the end of the day I'd spoken to them twice more without any progress and had enough, so told them to cancel the order and issue a refund - they said they couldn't do that as they 'only did admin' (red flag #2 - isn't cancelling an order 'admin'?) but would forward the request to 'accounts' and call back next morning to confirm.
Next morning there was no call, so I called them only to be told that 'Jonny' handles order cancellation and refunds too, but he was still not responding to calls (red flag #3 - is LNM actually just 'Jonny'?).
An hour later they called me back and confessed that I wasn't really speaking to LNM but that they were just a telephone answering service who route calls to 'Jonny' (red flag #4 - the website implies you're calling LNM but you're not) and that 'Jonny' had now responded to say he no longer works for LNM.
I emailed the only contact address visible (a generic 'sales' email address) requesting the order cancellation and refund but did not receive a response until a week later, in the form of an automated-looking cancellation note with no personal detail. Four days later the refund appeared.

I ordered logs for delivery on a specific day. Unfortunately, they did not arrive. When I rang it transpired there had been some confusion and my order had not been passed to the delivery department.
The logs were delivered very shortly after that. Unfortunately I was not there, so had to move them when I got home from work.

Ordered last week and arrived on day ordered. Great update from main office to give a precise delivery time. Small truck was still large so had to transport wood myself from end of path. No problem as all wood was in easy to carry bags. All stocked up ready for the winter.

Products are great, but service and communication are rubbish

I ordered some logs and some kindling. The logs arrived but the kindling didn’t. Ive phoned Logsnearme 3 times now to sort this out but it’s still unresolved. Very frustrating!

Really convenient with ordering and selecting the days on which I was to be delivered happy with the wood and I'll definitely be ordering off them again.
