Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Great cakes but melted as they couldn’t fit them in the fridge.
To clarify, Lola’s left them outside the fridge, so when we collected it it was melted. Hence would “they”.

I am very sorry your cakes melted, unfortunately this can occur when the cakes are left out the fridge for long periods of time especially in the warmer weather. We do recommend storing your items in the fridge and taking them out around 2-3 hours before serving.

We do advise to leave the cakes at room temperature for 3 hours before serving to ensure they are able to warm up to room temperature.

Good customer service.
Ordering the cake was pretty straight forward and simple, cake arrived nice and early and collection was all smooth. It tasted amazing. Everybody loved! Only issue I had was the collection email was sent to my junk, so I wasn’t aware straight away that it was delivered
