Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Unfortunately the company delivered to my neighbour, when she handed to me and I opened that was icing shuger which was like ston yellowish cover and the toppings with fermenter strawberry and berry frout which smell very bad . When I have contacted to them ans explained and complained the response was disposed it with very impolite manner and did not want to refund money to sender in Sweden . Never buy cake from online, God knows when those are backed, you just lose your money !

Perfect Birthday Treat – You’d Never Know It’s Gluten-Free!
I ordered the Medium Gluten-Free Red Velvet Cake with a personalised message - and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was moist, rich, and had that classic red velvet flavour, all while being completely gluten-free. The personalisation was beautifully done, and it made my partner's birthday feel even more special. Everyone loved it — you’d never guess it was gluten-free. Highly recommended!

Great gift idea
Each one was perfectly bite-sized, beautifully decorated, and bursting with flavor. The sponge was soft and moist, and the frosting had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering, a great little gift for my friend’s birthday

I am sorry to hear you found the cream cheese icing on our chocolate and raspberry cake too thick and sweet. I will log this feedback by our product development team.
For our small cakes we recommend leaving the cakes out at room temperature for 2- 4 hours to enjoy the cake at its best.

Beautiful, tasty cake topped off with brilliant service!
Had a great experience! Ordered for the whole date and the customer services sorted it all out for me right away! Collection was straight forward and most importantly my daughters birthday was completed with an incrediblely beautiful mermaid cake which she absolutely loved, it also tasted great too moist and delicious had parry guests coming back for more! 5* all the way though!

The carrot cake is decorated with a cream cheese icing which is a creamy and thicker icing compared to buttercream.
I want to reassure you we bake fresh for delivery to our stores and deliveries.
We are proud of our high quality cakes and cupcakes here at Lola's so we are very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy yours. With taste complaints we do like to investigate these and collect the cake within 48 hours for our bakery manager to review. Without the cake we are unable to test this further. Sadly I have not found any correspondence from you about your disappointment with your order- we do our best to fix orders where possible if you get in touch within the 48 hours and as soon as possible.

Easy Breezy cake Order
This is the second time I've used Lola's for a celebration cake. This time it was for a birthday party. Cake was delicious and looked just like it did in the photo. We did collection. Cake was packed perfectly. Of course, exercise caution when transporting cakes but the sturdy structure of the box helps minimise risk of shifting during car rides, even in warmer weather.
We ordered the sweet time cake with double chocolate sponge. If you like chocolate cake then you'll like this sponge. Ingredients are all listed on the site which is helpful too.
Would use Lola's again.

I ordered chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. We picked it up on the day and left it out for at least 4-6 hrs before we cut it and the cake sponge was dry as anything and no one had it. so disappointed this time!
