Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Delicious cake
I ordered a chocolate cake from Lola’s Cupcakes and it was absolutely delicious. The sponge was rich, moist, and stayed fresh for four days. The decoration was beautiful — we chose a Frozen theme, and they delivered it perfectly with amazing detail. Everyone loved it, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We placed an order for a cake and…
We placed an order for a cake and cupcakes in advance for our gender reveal party. This was a very important day for us, and we were expecting everything to go smoothly. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, we were informed that the cupcakes had spoiled and that a new batch would be ready in an hour. At the same time, we were assured that the cake was in good condition.
After waiting for an hour, we received the cupcakes as well as the cake. Unfortunately, the cake was also completely spoiled — the discoloration inside was clearly visible. This not only ruined the quality of the order but also destroyed the entire experience and the surprise we had planned for this special moment.
We are extremely disappointed and expect an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the ruined event.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
I am very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by this. I can see that the order did arrive damaged. We were able to replace the cupcakes in time but sadly not the cake. A refund has been processed for the cake as of course we could not replace this in time.
The issue has been logged with our transport team to review to ensure improvements to our service, although I can confirm incidents like this are quite rare.

Ordered last minute gluten free small (8 people) cake for 10th birthday ...and had it withing 36h ready for collection in my local store in Ealing Brodway. I belive it was chocolate Heaven...and yes....it was heavenly delicious cake!!!
