Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

A Refined Taster’s Delight – A Well-Curated Experience
After finishing my day at university, I took my usual stroll around the Greenwich Market area. It was a cold, overcast day, and I was looking for something warm with good caloric value—while still maintaining high preparation quality. That’s when Lola’s Cupcakes caught my attention.
First, I’d like to commend the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. I was impressed by the neat cupcake display, the availability of vegan options, and their focus on gluten-free baking—an approach I truly appreciate. I ordered their best-selling Red Velvet regular cupcake, based on the staff's recommendation, along with a 7g Americano.
I spent about half an hour reading and enjoying the cupcake’s light, refined flavor. The cream cheese frosting was particularly well-made—fluffy, balanced, and not overly sweet.
At checkout, I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a complimentary brownie as part of their Love Club program. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I had the brownie two days later after reheating it—and it turned out to be exceptional: rich in flavor, not overly fatty, and definitely one of the best I’ve tried. As a brownie enthusiast, I can say it’s rare to find one that well-crafted.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and grateful to the in-store team and the customer service staff who followed up via email for feedback. Their care and attention to detail do not go unnoticed.

Never ever get let down by Lolas
Never ever get let down by Lolas. As expected, the cake was delicious and everyone commented on that fact too. Only issue was that the store that I collected it from was sooooo slow. He was very polite but just worked like there were no customers waiting.
