Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. The cupcakes were delicious. The pick up from the kingston branch was disappointing. I walked into the shop, was ignored. Another customer came in behind me and a lady jumped to attention to deal with him. It was like I was invisible. I wasn’t impressed.

No forks bad service
No forks, grandson 10 was given a small spoon two separate cakes put on one plate for two people..when asked for another plate was told they would have to wash one up..staff rude. Beautiful cakes no problem there except coffee took ages weak and warm.

This cake is using our buttercream icing, which is our sweetest icing option, and we may suggest trying one of our cakes with cream cheese or mascarpone icing in the future for a less sweet experience if this was not to your taste.
