Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Barely any frosting
The cupcakes were great. The red velvet birthday cake, not so much. We get these multiple times a year for celebrations (birthdays and anniversaries, new jobs etc) however the cream cheese frosting was so minimal on the cake this time. Really disappointed

Birthday Blues
I visited the Bluewater store on my birthday last week to collect my 'free' cupcake treat. The 3 stars are for the cupcake, lovely as always. Really disappointed with my visit. 4 members of staff and just me, 2 on their phones, 1 standing by the till and 1 who was just leaning up against the wall but have no idea what she was doing. Didn't acknowledge me and I had no eye contact for the whole of my transaction. To be honest I was going to purchase my actual birthday cake from the store but decided to go to M&S instead. Really disappointed with my visit and the service I received.

beautiful cake! well-packaged and easy store pick-up. Was just what we wanted for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. Everyone was impressed and the taste of the raspberry cream sponge was just scrummy!
