Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Fabulous cake
I ordered a cake for the first time from Lola's to be delivered at home and it was fantastic and arrived in time before Christmas day which was intended for my mum's special birthday. Highly recommend the vanilla sponge cake and most likely buy another later this year. I know there was a small hiccup with delivery and have fed this back
to Lola's but wanted to add that the cake was delivered same day and the delivery man was wonderful. Thank you for making my mum's day as she loved it.

Great cake, not the best pick up experience
Great cake. Disappointing pick up experience as rather brusque approach from lolas colleague. I did not have my phone with me and could not provide the order reference - i knew that i wouldnt have this and though it would be ok as the email I had been sent said that collection required "any one of order confirmation / ID card / credit/debit card used to make purchase". I had two of these so expected to be able to pick up cake with no fuss. Instead I received a disapproving lecture about how I must have the order ID. Eventually after describing aspects of the cake I was able to pick up.
If order ref is required in addition to one of the items from the list, this needs to be made clearer in the email. If not, then staff need to be made aware of what the email says is needed. Either way, a slightly friendlier approach may have encouraged me to use lolas again in future!

Always good cakes
The cakes from Lola's always taste great. It was easy to order online and then collect in person. No waiting, it was ready to go. The cakes looked great and tasted delicious. Wish the black forest had a little more cherry in it but still good! I've also ordered their vegan cupcakes before and those were great, also.

Deliciously baked chocolate cake … we thought that it was abit on the small side at first for 8 servings, but seriously we could get more servings from the cake as it is very rich… but not too sickly rich . It was perfect in every way .
