Terrible service at Westfield
Visited Lola’s in Westfield White City one morning late last week to buy cupcakes. There were no staff to be found and after waiting several minutes we left empty handed. Had another go today and encountered the rudest assistant who wouldn’t let my husband sit on the chairs behind the stall. He explained I was on my way very shortly and then we were going to buy some cupcakes but she said she didn’t care, he couldn’t sit there. At this point I arrived and in view of the assistant’s attitude we decided not to buy anything. So Lola’s has lost sales twice in a week through poor customer service.

the cake was amazing
the cake was amazing. it was super chocolatey and everybody loved it and came for second helpings. i was so happy with the cake and the timely manner by which it was delivered. absolutely impressed guys! you have definitely gotten yourself a permanent customer

Lovely product and great service…
Delicious creamy cupcakes with fast service, even though the shopping centre was busy. Especially appreciated getting two free cupcakes as a first time customer so it was very good value for money overall. Will definitely buy again

Really easy to order online
Really easy to order online and collect! The order was ready quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful when I went to collect. Cake was delicious as well (I've not had a bad one yet!)

Best birthday cakes and great next day delivery services. My second time ordering from Lola's
My second time ordering birthday cake with Lola's.
Both occasions the cake was fresh, delicious, and looked amazing. The guests really enjoyed the cakes.
It is very convenient ordering cakes FROM Lola's as the website can process next day delivery AND the option to collect from a store as a second option.
The delivery was seemlesd as I ordered a cake to be delivered to a restaurant (party venue). The courier took a photo of the point of delivery as proof (the drop off point being the restaurant) and it's reassuring for me to know the moment that the cake was delivered.
Pistachio Chocolate cake was absolutely delicious. 10/10.
Will definitely order from Lola's again.
