The cake was delicious, the layers of cream had fresh fruits. I picked up the cake from the store in South Kensington station, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at the shop was so nice and gave me a sticker for my birthday, made me feel special !

Beautiful cake, super easy website to navigate and very competitive in pricing.
It was delicious and many of our guests complimented the presentation. Would highly recommend!

It was a delightful and delicious cake. The design was flawless and beautiful. The flavour was outstanding, sweet but not too sweet, the sponge was soft and fluffy.
Collect was very quick and easy.

I ordered the cake for my mums 60th and to say everyone enjoyed it would be a huge understatement.. it was absolutely delicious, the lemon sponge was light a tasty and the icing was spot on and perfectly decorated too, I would 100% recommend and reorder myself!!

To be honest I’ve had better gluten free cakes abroad and from hummingbird tasted stale like when you leave something out in the open it wasn’t fresh ruined my daughters birthday to be honest and we threw it away.

I’m really disappointed with the cupcakes we ordered for a birthday party. Unfortunately, they fell short in several ways.
First, the presentation was poor – nothing like the polished photos shown online. Some cupcakes had toppled over in the box, and the decorations looked rushed and uneven.
The cupcakes themselves were also far too small for the price, which made them feel more like miniatures than proper servings. On top of that, there was barely any cream or frosting, which made them dry and unappealing. The cake was also dry, and the little frosting that was there tasted overly sweet and grainy. Several guests left theirs unfinished, which was really disappointing.
We had high hopes and wanted these to be a fun highlight of the celebration, but sadly they were a letdown. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from here again, especially for an important event.

I needed a GF birthday cake while on holiday, and everything was excellent. It was very convenient to retrieve the cake and the cake was well refrigerated upon retrieval. The taste was great and the cream cheese frosting was perfect!

First of all, the visual appearance of the cake we had made for the gender reveal party was good. However, its content was completely inedible. The cake was extremely sweet and no one could eat it, it was just made of sugar. Apart from that, the cake we had made for a baby girl was supposed to be pink only on the inside, but it was also very pink on the outside. In these respects, we would like to state that the cake, which was positive in terms of delivery and price, was not eaten by anyone.

Quality, choice and customer service always great

I had the lotus caramel cake and it was such a hit for my birthday. It was the perfect balance for sponge to filling ratio. The worker in the South Kensington branch was so helpful and I highly recommend. I always get my birthday cakes from here!

Easy pick up and friendly staff in store. However, a customised order is not possible. Most cakes are offered in small, medium and large. The one I wanted (raspberry lemon vegan and gluten free) was just offered in medium and large. I emailed well in advance to ask if they can make the cake in small, was not possible. I had to order the medium one for a group of 6 thinking that we can then offer two slices per person. Unfortunately, people did not like the cream. The sponge was ok but the cream was too sweet. In the end people did not even finish the first slice so we had more than half the cake left. We love their red velvet cake but for a gluten and vegan option to accommodate guests I would not order this particular cake again.
