I chose to be treated by Dr Zioga for an unshaven FUE - a procedure i wanted due to the fact that i dont need to shave my head.

From the start to the end, I cannot fault or ask for more from Dr Zioga or any members of her team. Communication was quick and clear and as for the procedure itself, I cannot fault the outcome (I am now 4 weeks post procedure).

The procedure was faultless, and the facilities were perfect and very discreet.

Dr Zioga is a very warm, professional and lovely lady and throughout the whole process, she has always been there for me, answering any questions that I have personally.

As for the outcome - well, I could not be happier! My confidence has been boosted immeasurably and it was the best decision I made.

Having received my first UFUE hair transplant eighteen months ago I can honestly say it was a life changing experience. I had a 4k FUE procedure in 2015 given thinning hair in my front and mid scalp. She is very professional, sincere and I am extremely happy with the result. I managed to get the procedure completed on a Friday, took a week off work and went back 9 days later without any signs of the procedure, except for a tighter than usual back and sides haircut. The week after the procedure I had almost daily contact with Dr Zioga's team to ensure everything was ok and sent pictures to the team to review. After a few months I noticed my hair had thickened substantially and there was no trace of the extraction on the donor area. I recently returned to catch up with Dr Zioga after 4 years and the results have been very satisfying. I have been applying Minoxodil foam 2x daily and taking finasteride since the procedure also. Overall - very happy with my procedure and treatment by Doctor Zioga and her team.

I had toyed with the idea of having a hair transplant for years, and I eventually decided to take the plunge and look into having a hair transplant.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my hair transplant experience. I started losing my hair just before my 18th birthday. I was lucky I had a lot of hair at 18 and my hair loss has been gradual. I knew hair transplant had always been my last resort and so had a pretty good knowledge on process, techniques and advancement since 10 years ago. However as I was young I was not a candidate for surgery until more recently. Over the years, I have followed very closely on the surgeons in London and definitely felt when the time was right I would meet Dr Zioga for an appointment. I had previously seen two other doctors for a consultation. Although both my previous appointments were half the price for an hour appointment, the doctors only spent less than 10 minutes with me and the rest was more sales orientated with their patient coordinators. Dr Zioga is absolutely different, I paid double the amount for her consultation but I got my money's worth. There was no rush at all in her consultation, her time was friendly to accomodate after work and so I didn't have to take time off. We spent nearly 1.5 hours one to one with me and the doctor only during the appointment which meant we discussed every aspect of my option and transplant in detail. We also looked at my hairloss in a more holistic way, not just purely the transplant but rather my general health so that I get the best outcome. Dr Zioga is very honest and very realistic which means it sets really good expectations for me as a patient and her as the doctor. We work together to see how best to achieve my results and if she don't want to do something she will tell me why and the rationale which puts my outcome first. She is definitely very people orientated and absolutely friendly. She has a lovely personality and definitely takes great passion in her work as she is very approachable. I felt I was in good and safe hands with Dr Zioga. On surgery day I was not nervous at all, Dr Zioga went on to work and although procedures can take whole day or more, it didn't feel long. What is more important her honesty on each part of the process is true to word, she said there will be minimal pain, it was minimal pain in fact during the extraction I felt zero pain only during the implant as she explaine more nerves are on the top of the head. She said I won't have scarring at donor site, true to her word by day 2 or 3 post surgery, you couldn't even tell the donor area have been punched for extraction. Dr Zioga really invests her time in her patients and in a way that she really takes pride in the outcome of her work and ultimately changing patients lives for the better. Dr Zioga fully undertakes all aspects of the procedure and no extraction or implantation process was undertaken by anyone else. This puts Dr Zioga stand apart from other places where sometimes technicians do these under supervision of a doctor. However, hair transplant is not just any surgery, the outcome has to be realistic but also remember it is a medical procedure - nerves, injections, infections etc. It is paramount a doctor carries out the procedure fully. Yes of course, Dr Zioga's pricing is competitive but you really get what you pay for here - I had zero complications from day 1. Nothing. I put this down to her skill and care, which includes really making sure she educated me as a patient on care. Her aftercare is really amazing, in fact one of the best after cares of any medical procedure I have ever had in my life. Dr Zioga actually almost reviews you on a daily basis for the first 2 weeks until she is really happy with progress. In the coming years, if I need to top up my transplant, I will look no further but to go with Dr Zioga. I feel like I have built an amazing relationship with her and her team that it is only natural to trust them with it. I am so happy with my results despite it being so early days in my results. 

Finally I must say that this will all not be possible with Dr Zioga's amazing team, Adreani who was the nurse/technician during the day who is so warm and nice as a person and the amazing Katie who works relentlessly. You can always expect a reply from Katie even if that means she replies you late hours, she doesn't take 3 days to return a message. She is amazing, and definitely an asset to Dr Zioga's team. I am looking forward to see my progress in 4 to 6 months time and hopefully I can share my experiences again then.

I recently had my third hair transplant with Dr Kouremada -Zioga, and I've been just as satisfied with this one as I was with my first two. Each of them has gone just as planner and given good coverage on the areas which were operated on.

As anyone considering a hair transplant may be, I was nervous the first time and not sure what to expect or if operations would go to plan or not. However, as having three operations with the same doctor may suggest, those worries were soon alleviated. Both the doctor and her supporting staff are all excellent at their jobs and provide wonderful support in the build-up, during, and after the operation takes place.

The doctor and her staff are very friendly, easy to talk to, and listen to any worries you may have. They help you feel relaxed and make what can be a somewhat lengthy procedure a much more pleasant experience.

The doctor and her staff provide you with detailed information for after your transplant so you know exactly what to do and how to take care of your new hair while it settles and grows in.

To anyone considering having a hair transplant, I would highly recommend one with Dr Kouremada-Zioga for all the reasons I have stated above. Each of my three experiences have been problem-free with satisfying results. If I need another transplant in future, I will almost certainly be having it again with the doctor.
