Just had fridge delivered and old one collected. Mo went beyond call of duty to get them up and down as stairs was very tight. Great service nice guys!

Ordered an integrated fridge freezer, next day delivery, also paid extra for old appliance to be taken away and installation. Fridge freezer was fitted too far back in unit, so was not sealing with doors, which caused ice and condensation in fridge section and fresh food to get wet or frozen, had to throw away. After speaking to indesit and doing seal test, had to wait another week until London Appliances could come back to reinstall correctly. All working great now, but should have been done correctly first time round. Will not order again from them.

Excellent service from start to end. We were desperate to get our American fridge freezer delivered and installed in our basement flat. Other companies rejected our order. After an online video assessment London Appliances accepted the order. Four men delivered the new freezer and removed our old one. Great job done, we are very happy. Will definitely order again from them.

Great service! Jordan (our sales guy) was very helpful. Made the whole process very straightforward. Gave great advice on picking the right products. Recommend highly.

Saj and Zunayre delivered my washing machine and were so friendly and helpful. After a very bad experience with another company (who's delivery person made me cry!) and all other companies refusing to deliver to my third floor flat, they didn't make a fuss at all. My washing machine was delivered and installed quickly, and with a smile.

I rate London Appliances very highly.
They work with phone calls rather than emails (apart from sending an initial order invoice/receipt of course) so it’s best to call if any probs or changes. Jordan was incredibly helpful on the phone, as were all their staff. We ordered a fridge freezer as ours was failing and they were so patient as we asked, after ordering and paying for it, if we could delay the delivery or potentially cancel it because we wanted to try turning it off for 48 hours. Once that didn’t work we were on the phone again to reschedule it. Their team are unusual these days in that they will deliver to a fourth floor. The 2 delivery men (first cousins) were so professional and good humoured and did the job perfectly.
It’s a great company. Don’t hesitate to order from them.

My washing machine had gone faulty so started to look online for a replacement, not only was it competitively priced with the big stores but also free next day delivery, thanks Jordan when ordering and the lads who delivered it,will use again

Multiple cancellations, poor quality of serivce, and extremely dishonest. I have never had a worse experience with a service provider in my life. Absolute disgrace.

I couldn’t say anything about London appliance which is a great company I can see why they have a high rating on this I ordered 1 washing machine and a dishwasher it came next day which I was so surprised by and they came and installed and took my old appliances within 30 minutes which is very fast bare in mind they had to take 3 flight of stairs which was very impressive if I must say

I needed to replace my washing machine, access to which in a confined space in the basement of my house was difficult. Some suppliers I approached refused to remove the old machine because of the difficulties presented. London Appliances solved the problem, agreeing to remove and replace the machine without any fuss. Rasel and Shabah from the company disconnected and removed the old machine, carried it up the narrow stairs, and delivered, fitted, connected and tested the new machine with the greatest efficiency. I warmly recommend the company for the excellent service they provided.

Ordered a fridge from here and not only is the fridge great and works very well, but the service was also excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly and very professional. Highly recommend london appliances and will definitely buy from them again.

I highly recommend London Appliances. I very rarely write reviews but I must say these guys are good. Jordan was the person who helped me over the phone and WhatsApp.

I was put into trouble with my kitchen company over receipt of appliances and Jordan managed to get me a good quote with speedy delivery dates. Suggested appropriate alternatives where stock was an issue.

There was no hard sell, all felt very transparent. Delivery was quick and guys message day before and call ahead of arrival.

I wish I had ordered all the appliances in the end, as I had trouble getting some of the remaining ones from the kitchen company.

If you want stress free experience, go with these guys.
