Very good idea to offer three 30 gramme different types for comparison. Royal Imperial came last in our tasting, though good, with Oscietra and Baerli equally best and excellent.

You really owe me £10 as your website refused to allow me to get this offered discount by typing in 'I love you'

I paid full amount to meet an occasion deadline.

I ordered caviar before christmas, with no problem. I then ordered again between Christmas and new year 3 pots of caviar and a mother of pearl spoon. When it arrived the spoon wasn’t there. I messaged Thomas twice, and he apologised said he would send it that day in the post and that my original email had gone into spam. I was happy with that and thanked him. I even went on to order again more caviar.
I waited and nothing, so I emailed to say it hadn’t arrived and included the email with his promise to send in. No response. So I emailed again, and again with no response to any of my emails. I emailed a final time to say how unhappy I was and that I was obviously not going to be sent the spoon so I wanted a refund. I then received a refund, with no email or correspondence.
I know a £5 spoon isn’t the end of the world however I ordered 3 times and spent what I consider to be a substantial amount of money in the £££, I am disappointed that I was ignored and obviously not valued. Won’t be returning.

And no I never received the spoon. I have however received a refund though
