We received a written quote beforehand. Staff turned up on agreed day and did the work at the price quoted.

Twice they have turned up on time in urgent situations and done the job.

I contacted the company by email and they got back to me really quickly and arranged a time to look at the work and give me an estimate. They turned up promptly as arranged, and were also able to identify and fix the problem straightaway. This was a problem with my gutter which was all fixed before the storms started. I was really happy with the work, the quality of service and the price, and would happily recommend (and use again).

Excellent! Very quick, efficient service. And not expensive

We suffered a broken roof tile as a result of Storm Ciara which resulted in a leak due to the rain but despite it being an unplanned and last-minute call, Steve and Jeff still made to make time at the end of the day to fix it for us.

They quickly identified the problem and set straight to work fixing it, cleaning the gutters and valleys in the process. End result: Problem fixed in lightning speed, quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. What more can you want?

All in all, I can't thank and recommend London Roof and Guttering enough. Will definitely be calling them first for any future roofing and guttering needs.

I had Steve around to clean our gutters and was so impressed by him that I asked him to look at a roof repair. I have had several roofers come to determine the cause of our internal leaks and had everything from no clue to we'd need to erect scaffolding to discover the issue. Steve spent far longer than I expected investigating the issues and came back with a proposed repair that made perfect sense but I hadn't heard before. He did the repair on Tuesday and Storm Ciara descended that weekend... Nothing could test the repair better than the wind and rain we had this weekend. And everything is dry. I can't recommend these guys enough. Reasonable prices, professional quotes, online payment arrangements and answers his phone.
