At a time in which the nation was hit by relentless storms, with another predicted around the corner. We were concerned about a very loose pipe stationed along the back of the house. It was position above the kitchen roof on its way towards collapsing had it of been left as it was, during the second wave of storm. With this in mind, we were desperately looking for someone local to have the pipe tighten at least so that the worst could be avoided.

Steven and his colleague were spot on from the moment I spoke to him, to keeping us informed of what time he may be able to arrive. Once he arrived, to the time it was all done was all impeccable. Whist the job it self was really to tighten the pipe so it does not collapse, the quality of the job was more than we could ask for. Even the neighbours caught a sight of his work and took down their contact details.

After the mass of storm passed, we were relieved yet impressed that the pipe hadn't even moved a touch! Thanks Steven, your work is much appreciated.

Steven was very helpful in explaining what needed doing. He cleaned the back roof (dry clean) and the gutters at both front and back. He was reliable and thorough and cleaned up really well after. Very easy to communicate with, and he got the job done to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend him.

We had our gutters cleaned for the first time in years. They replaced a few broken pieces, too. Efficient job and friendly to boot. Will use again and I happily recommend them without hesitation. They managed to get on the roof, which lots of other companies refused to do & cleaned the gutters, therefore fixing the problem very quickly & with minimal fuss. Also pointed out a few things they'd seen on the roof that may need future attention. Would definitely use them again.
