Damaged box

.
It was going to be a Christmas gift but the box was badly damaged.
Love the smell etc and would purchase again.
Just hope the courier takes care with deliveries.

Gorgeous Rugs!

The service was flawless and delivery as expected. The quality and aesthetic of the rugs are amazing! We got the HELEN, EMMA and JENNIFER. All 3 are beautiful and elevate our spaces.

What a gem of a business

What a gem of a business. I have been looking for a rug for my livingroom for a long time and I came across this one.
Goes perfect with my new sofas.
The choice is amazing!.

There are very few companies out there that have rugs of this quality.

Fabulous rug but not perfect.

Fabulous rug. Looks lovely however it does have loose threads. I contacted the company & have been told to cut them off.
This I is will do but hoping that my rug doesn’t deteriorate in time.
I have deducted stars as these items should be checked before despatch as they aren’t cheap.

I am very disappointed in my delivery…

I am very disappointed in my delivery from the London rug company. My parcel was left outside my front door whilst I was in work, only to return home and it had been stolen from my property. I did not agree for the parcel to be left when no one was home. I have been in contact with the company who have been very reluctant and still chasing for a refund on an order I never received. I will definitely not be buying from this company again as I paid a lot for this rug and can not get a refund.

The Nicole outdoor rug - a quality product

I ordered 2 of the Nicole outdoor rugs. They are just like the advertised photos, the quality is excellent and they look great. This is my second purchase from The London Rug Company and the communications from initial purchase to delivery were excellent. Delivered on time too! Well done Dawn and team.

I ordered 2 Marie outdoor rugs

I ordered 2 Marie outdoor rugs, after just a couple of weeks we had some rain and one of the rugs that wasn’t under the gazebo started to curl at the edges, I contacted London Rug Company who replied asking was it still the same now it’s dry, I replied that it was.
I have received no further response from the company, no response from further emails asking for help with the issue
