As usual l have no issues with the diffusers, l love Mila l got it like 3 times. What l dont like is the delivery process, takes too long and there is always an issue with the courier

Poor Quality - dull, dirty and cheap looking after 1 month :(
Last year I had my house completely renovated and could not wait to finish off my living room with the London rug company. When it arrived I literally never seen a rug as beautiful and nobody was allowed to walk on it. I just absolutely loved it. Over time I noticed the darker colour through it faded to a really dull grey and looked really dirty. Baring in mind nobody was allowed to walk on it because it was that beautiful. I had a cleaner come in to see if the colour would come back but it didn't. I was saying to my mum about it and she asked what I paid for it and could not believe it cost almost £300. She said she wouldn't even pay £50 for it :( I reached out to the company and they were so lovely and send me a brand new rug. No questions asked. I was hesitant to put the rug down but I did after a while and in less than a month it has started going grey dull and dirty looking again. I'm so so disappointed because I really loved it. At the price point of almost £300 I would have expected it to last a lot longer than this.

I am giving this company 3 stars. As I stated previously ordering and delivery were faultless as was the quality of the rug. However the returns process is not good. My rug was collected for return on 6/3/24 I contacted them on 18/3/24 to enquire about my refund? Conveniently got 2 emails 2 minutes apart one saying that my rug had just cleared quality control and another saying my refund was in process but could take 10 working days to clear they also deduct £20 from your refund for the return. I would most definitely have given this company 5 stars if the return and refund process was as efficient as the ordering and delivery service and because of this i don’t think I would order from them again.

Hi Karen, Thank you for your review. In regards to the return of your rug, our return policy states that the return is to be organised by yourself, but we did help and collected your rug as you where struggling to find a courier to collect it. Prior to us collecting it, we told you it would be a maximum of £20.00 deducted from your refund for the courier cost, to which you accepted. The two emails for your refund and confirmation that it has passed the quality control where 2 minutes apart as it was the same staff member who was notified it had passed QC, who they refunded you straight away and emailed you to let you know. Our returns policy also states that it could take up to 14 working days from receiving the rug back, to take is through QC and issue a refund, it took us 7. Personally we feel we did everything we could to give you a great service, even discounting you a code after you purchased the rug as you had forgotten to add your first discount code on. We hope you return as a customer.

Ordered the Jenifer Rug , exactly the same as the picture online 👍🏼 omg it’s so soft , great quality! Honestly I love it so much , absolutely so reasonably priced I had the small which was £148 but I had money off as first order think I paid about £133 🙌🏼

I have nothing but praise for this company. I ordered the wrong size Phoebe rug and emailed LRC to explain and wanted to order the larger size.Ellie was outstanding with her impeccable, professional, and extremely thoughtful customer service🙏A new, larger Phoebe rug arrived this week, Monday 4th March, less than 4 days after Ellie sorted a new order for me.( This included a weekend,and despite them being very busy) and the delivery Man also brilliant, bought my ne rug and took the wrong size one back. The Phoebe rug is fabulous…… and I am delighted. Room no 2 will start shortly, LRC here I come!!!
