Excited to try the beautiful Sake taster boxes. Really well presented with tasting notes - would make a great gift. We’re having a sake flight evening and looking forward to something new, as well as our usual bottles and some sparkling sake too!

Great to deal with

I ordered a Yuzu Sake for my husband’s birthday, very last minute, to remind us of our recent trip to Japan. I sent an email to the company asking if they could dispatch it as soon as possible and they replied to say they would dispatch it straight away. It was sent by Next Day delivery and arrived in plenty of time! I was really impressed and the drink is delicious, we will definitely be purchasing from the London Sake company again!

Ordered a gift and mistakenly put an incorrect delivery address. The order was made on a Sunday when the business was not open for the weekend. I immediately sent an email via their contact page asking them to correct the address for the delivery. I heard nothing back on the Monday. Tuesday afternoon they dispatched the order to the wrong address. Whilst I made the mistake on the order, no-one read or acknowledged my email in the 48 hours before the dispatch. There is no contact telephone number on their website which is not helpful either.

Qulaity of sake usually deteriorates during storage and transportation. But this is not the case for London Sake. They did a good job.
