I reached out to London Sake for advice as I wanted a slightly more premium bottle of the type of Sake that I have been enjoying since my trip to Japan.
Andy came back to me swiftly with some suggestions and I purchased a bottle. Bottle was dispatched swiftly and arrived excellently packaged.

I felt as if my money had disappeared into the abyss, there was no confirmation mail, the delivery was late and when I phoned. I had to talk to a machine that told me not to worry!

I placed my order expecting the promised 3–5 working day delivery, but a week has passed and the delivery company still hasn’t even received the parcel. I contacted them, and they confirmed they are still waiting for the item from the sender. No tracking updates, no communication, and certainly no sign of the order.

The "3–5 working days delivery" claim is frankly a joke. If you can't fulfil your delivery promise, don’t advertise it.

Took longer than anticipated to arrive and not sure if the product was the one that I ordered, as the label is completely different to the bottle that was originally ordered. Otherwise good experience.

Only tried one bottle so far but that was excellent!

Got our order wrong, missed off the additional set we were supposed to receive; wouldn't mind - as this can happen sometimes and normally is a couple days to rectify. It's a shame this missed our deadline for birthday gift - but yknow, these things happen.

What I do mind, was that this took chasing up 3 times to rectify. They'll take your money fast enough - but god knows they won't send out what you paid for if it's on their head to fix. Then they 4 weeks later send us the wrong items - mismatched set because they CLEARLY didn't know what product they're supposed to be sending. The cherry on top? The wrong item that they sent - its got a super obvious bubble in the ceramic glaze - meaning it looks absolutely terrible.

We'll be requesting a refund and will advise absolutely everyone else to just go to Japan Centre instead - at least they won't get your order wrong.

Good selection of excellent quality sake. Good value of money and the ordering process and easy and fast delivery.

I ordered a bottle of sake and a set of jar and cups and never arrived. Sent a message and no reply.

All the products delivered were of a great quality. The only reason I have given a 3 star is the delivery time. Exactly 10 days after placing an order. I think they can do better. Responses and customer service were five stars!
