Good service, below average communications.

Bought a jacket which was too small for me. I sent it back and received a refund reasonably promptly. I'm leaving 4 stars because communication could have been better.. acknowledgement of receipt of the return and statement of intent to process a refund.

Very happy with a prompt last minute…

Very happy with a prompt last minute shop before heading on my ski trip! Happy with all items purchased and very pleased that my delivery came ‘next day on time before 10am’!

Not much communication about my product…

Not much communication about my product after the initial order confirmation. I ended up chasing as it look a week to arrive. Then it wasn’t th best quality as it has a fault in the stitching but no time to return as I was leaving for skiing the next day.

The hat was great but I kind of…

The hat was great but I kind of expected a bit better packaging, it was literally just pushed into a jiffy envelope, no box, no paper, no note. It was like I’d left it somewhere and they were just posting it back.
