Hi there, Thank you for your review. As you know the order was delivered yesterday, 4 business days after your purchase (within the time frame selected at the time the order was made). We apologise the transparency from Yodel was not clearer in terms of letting you know when you could expect to receive your item; however as we mentioned on email to you as a courier they are experiencing delivery delays due to driver shortages, unfortunately this is out of our control. We have taken steps to use a more reliable and transparent courier going forward so you will not experience this again - however we are pleased the item was delivered on time :)
