The process was a bit rocky and unclear at times in the beggining as mine was a difficult case but things smoothed out and in the end, Dale went above and beyond to ensure everything fell into place and I was able to purchase my first home. Would certainly recommend for first-time homebuyers who need a bit of guidance throughout the process.

Very good experience, very happy with the service we received, and ours was a difficult case, but Dale was always very helpful every step of the way explaining everything to us. The only thing that could have been improved is the time we had to wait at the title's office waiting for all the papers to come through.

I really did appreciate this organization. Although as a first time home buyer, I felt that being provided with a bit more communication would have been beneficial to me in order to reduce some of the uncertainties that I ran into. When I would contact the individuals, they would answer my questions, but I do think that some preventative communication would have been beneficial for both parties. I am fairly certain I am not the only person feeling this way, and even more certain that I won't be the last.

Dale was great in not only being available at all hours, but definitely held the hand of this first time home buyer. Everything was throughly explained, and I felt like my best interests we considered, as well as what I could afford and handle as a single mother. I have heard some horror stories with home buying, but I felt guided through the entire process with very minimal issues.

Every step of the way, Dale kept in contact with us - even when he was out of town. We hit a small snag during the process but he got it worked out and got the loan closed on time.

This being our first our first homebuying experience we were expecting it to be a rough, grueling experience. We didn't have a realtor, and were working directly with seller. After filling out the application online we were promptly contacted by Dale. Speaking with Dale was like talking to an old friend as he explained his plan of what we need to do to make getting our home a reality. Could it really be as easy as he explained? Yes! Yes it was! Once the contract was signed Dale and Tami leapt into action. The only thing that slowed me down was myself if I delayed in getting them the information they needed. If I had a question, it was answered quickly and courteously. It went so great that the people at the title company at closing commented at how smooth everything went for us.
